Camera picks up the sound very different than the actual driver. Driver can hear the fake noice more from the loudspeakers than the actual exhaust since the OPF practically completely silences the exhaust sound. I do wonder if you’re still within the guidelines if you’d remove the OPF since you don’t have to go to the car control the first 4 years.

I don't understand the question at all - you can have this car with the big V8, as a CLS63 AMG, what's the problem? The inline-6 is just one of the possible engine choices, if you don't like it, go for the 63 not the 53 AMG. The naturally aspirated 6.3L disappeared because as great as it was it had issues, the new 5.5L V8 biturbo develops more power and is actually compliant with all modern regulations.
I had the limiter in my CLS 53 AMG removed and not the engine has 506 hp and goes 270 kph max. It would be theoretically possible to do 300 plus, but the brakes and chassis aren’t designed for that speed. But believe me - 270 kph is more than enough 😅😂
