@@sandaclimbing I’d be interested in how you guys rest/train this time of year, or transition from post fall season to pre spring training. For example I try to rest for a month and slowly ramp things up again in the spring. Thx
@@bcthegr8 Thank you for sharing your training method! Once the sport climbing season is over, we usually take two weeks off or reduce our climbing days/volume to once a week and stop training. We focus on only bouldering and training until early spring, then we switch our trainig back for sport climbing!
