That dog really took me by surprise. Maybe they never get us like this, because we mostly just sprint past them and their AI needs a stationary target to initiate a grab? That would be the only explanation that would make sense to me. But even then one would think wed have seen it before.
Props for mixing up the route as much as possible, it's always nice to see a different order of operations in this game. Pro tip to avoid future agony: picking the gold coin as your starter gift gives you like eight of them. They can really help with farming the gas staff, or even the mimic hat if you like.
I love the use of Ace Combat 5 Hanger(Mission Prep) music in the midir fight, and when you added it at 45:24 thank you, AC is a great series so to hear the music in a vid about A souls games is quite the treat
The Yhorm song actually took me back to when I did community theatre as a kid--our director wrote songs just like that for our plays, goofy but also a little awesome lol. I still remember the Jabberwocky song he wrote for Alice in Wonderland, the musical backstory of the Beast's curse from Beauty and the Beast... Yk, this video made me realize that I played DS3 far too normally as well by getting lost and doing the but freeze guy as my first boss and going into the abyss watcher right after that. I remember doing some stuff in between, but mostly being lost.
@@kimbrolyy Lots of enemies don't aggro on being poisoned by mist (mimic chests etc) so I can believe that positionining plus not directly attacking. It's not an AI freeze, I think.

Wow, i actually did not see most of the things you did normally with bloodborne since i only played it once, now when you did it with a game i beat at least 6 times i see how much effort went into it

I always have fun seeing how people casually play the Souls Games and what kind of Strategy and Builds they go for. now if you decide to run it back again at some Point you can actually make Gundyr even easier than using an OP weapon like the Shield. you just have to go ahead and Shoot and Arrow in his Face just before his Healthbar appears. Apparently the poor lad gets Brain damage that way and just stops moving entirely.

If I remember correctly it gives you 5 rusty coins and 3 golden rusty coins, so yeah, pretty good deal for farming.
