  • In 2020, I suffered a serious rupture in my right vastus lateralis (outer thigh muscle). This was on top of previous total hip reconstruction in my left hip and an ACL reconstruction in my right knee, presenting significant challenges in kneeling and getting back up. Despite these obstacles, I managed to perform restricted squats.
    Three weeks ago, I discovered this video: • CHAIR LUNGES! For Abso... which has greatly aided my recovery. This video documents the first time I've been able to kneel down since my injuries. While I still encounter difficulties, my condition has significantly improved in just three weeks of following the exercises.
    Additionally, I found inspiration from this video : • EP2 New Master Series:... on breathing techniques in different situations. Both the kneeling stances in Isshinryu Karate kata and Tokushinryu Kobudo have become benchmarks for my progress.
