I like the Longchamp much better. It looks slightly larger with an ample opening, it's sleek and fabric lined, it's more secure with a zipper and two interior pockets, plus the price point is so much more affordable.
I wouldn’t have gotten the Evelyne if I got this first. They have a lot of the basic colors available year round, and even though Longchamp only puts the seasonal colors on sale, it’s a great price so I don’t mind paying full retail.
I just bought the Longchamp bag on sale in Nice, Fr. I love it. For €200 it’s a great buy and is made in France. I love that it’s lined, has interior pockets and most importantly has a zip closure. The Evelyn is a beauty too but I can’t justify the expense. Thank you for the thorough comparison

So happy I found this. Was about to buy the LC because I've always wanted the Evelyne but they seem to be hard to get! I'm tossing up between the larger LC or the smaller version. 😊😊
I think they still have a medium version, and I think that’s a great every day size. The mini size is fine if you’re not going to need to carry much. Yes, the Evelynes are very hard to get, and they are ridiculously marked up preloved.

Hi! I found your video interesting and watched it to the end. Your fortunate to have both the Evelyn and the longchamp also your fortunate to have a cat that loves you so so much and likes to be near you all the time. Cats normally like to look out the window and nap for hours when your not home.❤
Thank you for addressing how height doesn’t make that much of a difference in where your bag falls. I too have boobage and a long torso, so I always need a longer strap.
They have a sale in June and in December. This bag was already on sale recently and you may be able to pick it up at a department store or Nordstrom Rack or Saks Off Fifth. If I come across one, I’ll let you know!
@@lovealwaysjasmine Great question! The Foulonnè leather has a different texture, it’s a different grain and a bit more lightweight. Longchamp has bags that do use Togo leather. The Roseau Essential line feels just about identical.
@@dawnlovescouture2644 I had two cats growing up. They both lived to be in their late teens. Then me and my mom inherited my grandmother's cat and he lived to be about 15. They were very affectionate. Unless you love cats and have had cats, most people don't understand:)

Thank you! In stores, seasonal colors are usually around $280, in that area. Standard colors never go on sale unless the style is being discontinued.
