This wrestling game was so bad it left me really frustrated. The controls are extremely unresponsive and it all just feels needlessly difficult. The main mode in this game has you going against 10 other wrestlers. There's no ending or congratulations after beating all 10 opponents. I edited in the credits right after the 10th match that I grabbed from the options menu. I didn't think it could get much worse than Backstage Assault but here we are. Probably the worst wrestling game for the system.

"1, 2! Kick out!" I think these games are best with the sound down and having music playing on a pc or radio, because the voice-overs are so dang repetitive.

The N64 cannot support FMV as well as the Playstation due to Spacing Issues. The Cartridge has limited Space compared to a CD (a CD at the time was 750MB)

I'm curious to know which version people think is worse.
The PS1 or N64 version? I'll say this one here because at least the PS1 version has the funny little promos from the wrestlers and weird unlockables you can play with in the game. Gameplay is still awful though, This version here I also remember getting alot of lag during the battle royal matches. Game slows right down.

It looks that way, but apparently the game just behaves very fast. The FAQ I used says that matches can be over within the blink of an eye, which was a bit of an exaggeration but yeah lol. I did use Ares64 for this but I cross referenced with other videos and didn't see any major difference.
