I like to think that Dragunov is the one character in Tekkem that doesn't have the magical plot ability to understand every other language spoken by characters. He just kinda absorbs whatever is being said and goes all over the place fighting because the KGB said so.
Alisa seemed to have bonded with Dragonuv like no other character (though probably one-sided) due to silence 90% of the time. IMO, she took his silence very personally if you play as her against Dragonuv (seeing her persistent dialogue with him & stage diary revealing that she disappointed about missing the opportunity to torture him into speaking-quite OOC for otherwise gentle, caring Alisa).
Also, love how when facing the ultimate/scariest threats, Dragonuv will bother to speak - with a curt, expressionless "I'll handle this". I'd say it's hard to get more pro than that.

Also revealed how much a jerk the otherwise gentle & mannered Leo can be as a stage boss - she'll attack you for daring to accidentally danger her - even if your character apologizes their head off. But she's apparently more offended if you have nothing to say, and uses that to justify attacking you (unless you're a talking puppet or her mother's killer).
