I am ready to submit my mother Adjustment of Status, the reason I yesterday because filling fees were to be increasing tomorrow Oct. 2, but, some of the version of the forms like I-131, I 864 are due October 1, and new forms updated version starting October 2 along with the new fees; so since the Court ruling a halt on these new fees. should I send the current forms I already have or fill out new version updated forms effective oct.2 even new prices aren't effective yet. My question is you have to get a background check police certificate for every place you lived in for the new Trump law how do you get one from Greece me and my lawyer and my wife have researched this subject and we have no answers. I have tried private the FBI fingerprint won't work and Grace will not look at non-citizen applicants my life lived in Greece for one year and now she needs a police certificate please help

I think you need to get it from the passport office ! I mean like Police clearance certificate should be issued by the country !
