I recorded this before Thanksgiving and was having too much fun making the food and hanging out with the people that I didn't upload. Here it is, hope you had an awesome Thanksgiving for my US Sudsers!
I really like it! Looks great to me. I have not been doing this near long enough to even try it lol I’m still trying to figure out if I want to try to do the next one.
I think that’s exactly how you do it. The only thing I would say that’s different from the photo soap is maybe the cut out looks more like droplets of paint? The shape of them I mean. And it looks like the layers were spaced just so that the next droplets almost touched the last layer but not quite. And they did that with every layer. And it also looks so crisp in the photo that I want to say each layer they poured was very liquid when they poured it. Just looks like a lot of time and precision. You got it though for sure! 👍
Oh my gosh I’m so not good with technology. I think I deleted the comments lol sorry. So I’m going to say it again with another idea too. So maybe do the wave as an embed. Or make a cutter in the shape of the wave and cut out the wave from a loaf, then use that as the embed the you would use the loaf you cut it from as well. I’m thinking too much about this soap lol
Beautiful pattern! On the Barbie soap looks like it would be nice to shave my legs with! Just saying! I think it’s pretty and love the extra moisturizing aspect to it! 😊👍❤️
Your scraper version was much better than mine. I don’t think I was patient enough between layers and my color idea didn’t pan out. I ended up going a different route for my actual submission … my wavy bits were too big but it did turn out with super clean lines. But the damn glycerine rivers … ugh. I thoroughly enjoyed the challenge even though I wanted to pull my hair out, 😂

I think this turned out great! I wish I’d had time to enter this challenge but there was just no way. Can’t wait to see the winners videos ❤️

Yours was GORGEOUS!!
@@MrsSoapAndClay I used your idea of the taco holders… worked very well for getting those clean lines.
@Twistedtree7 did you really?!?!
I’m far too perfectionist to do this one, because I would just get angry with myself through every dang step.
That part! Exactly this!
cream soap for face sounds like a good soap.
Ohhh I must have missed the video for the pink and black soap. I'm so behind smh lol.
How is your Aleppo soap going?
Do all membership levels get access to the soap challenge??
Hey! They sure do!
What's a cream soap??
It's magic! I did a video a million years ago - this is the from scratch recipe I think. ruclips.net/video/87gtNBsQ7eI/видео.html
I say Bravo!!
