    Ingredients:
    Takoyaki batter mix
    Cooked octopus (or substitute with shrimp, crab, or vegetables)
    Tenkasu (tempura scraps)
    Green onions, finely chopped
    Takoyaki sauce
    Mayonnaise
    Aonori (dried seaweed flakes)
    Katsuobushi (bonito flakes)
    Instructions:
    Preheat a takoyaki pan and brush each dimple with oil.
    Pour takoyaki batter into each dimple until half full.
    Add a piece of cooked octopus, some tenkasu, and chopped green onions into each dimple.
    Once the batter starts to set, use a skewer to rotate each takoyaki ball until it forms a sphere.
    Continue rotating and cooking until the takoyaki are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
    Remove from the pan and drizzle with takoyaki sauce and mayonnaise.
    Sprinkle with aonori and katsuobushi before serving.
