That was a familiar sight - that's how I freeze my milk too, flat in ziploc bags. 😊 Gotta be the ziploc brand for me for the milk-they are less likely to leak IMO. Everything else in the house gets store brands. Haha

You have so much patience and that’s why you’re great at what you do. I know you have made videos in the past on how to care for pregnant goats and what meds or care to give them while pregnant and how to get ready for birth. But would you consider re making another video with all the experience you’ve built now throughout the years? I have two pregnant goats, one due in December and I’m starting to freak out 😅

How do you determine when to stop milking? So many months? Do you stop so long before breeding? Milking is time consuming. Glad you and the girls are getting a break. Thank you Crystal for always being willing to share!!❤
We pen breed for 2 months so I dry them up right before breeding.
We would dry our milk cow up about a month before calving

After you stop milking how do you prevent mastitis?
You have to make sure they don't get too full and if they do then you milk them out some.
