You’re a female, so what probably happened is you aged during a stressful time - meaning, you’re dealing with mental feelings that would have naturally presented themselves over a decade, but they came on within a year. What happened to you is mental - and then physical because of the mental, because of the situation you were subjected to. And while other people, in other countries, under what we in the west would broadly consider more stressful conditions than we are broadly used to; and you probably were previously living under very stress free conditions (from a western perspective), and you probably didn’t grow up in a stressful environment, but then you were subjected to a very stressful condition, which was a shock to your body, your brain, and your systems as a whole - forced you to adjust quickly. But now you have to learn to adapt to your new reality. You don’t need a pill; you need to learn to adapt to the new reality. If you can make that transition efficiently, you’ll be fine.

People in cities went literally pretty crazy in cities post-COVID. Not on the countryside. But cities have become a pretty solid nuthouses. If you have family or a weekend home outside of the city, go there. Move there for a few weeks or months.

75% of my relatives took the shots and they've been very aggressive and are easily triggered. I was smoking a joint out back on Thanksgiving and my cousin literally ran at me while screaming and punched me multiple times while I was trying to tell him to quit being crazy. I was like "It's just a small joint!!" But he turned into a crazed animal. He was never like that before Covid.

I never did but o had the virus in 2021. Since, I’ve had breast cancer and an ankle replacement. The combination has been rough. I knew Covid had affected me long after it was over. It still does but it’s getting better

You made “science” a team sport. And as a result it ceased being science. Science is by it’s very nature skepticism. Anyone who was a skeptic of the official narrative was shouted down. Enjoy your health issues and just keep boosting.
    👍😉

Science is also something that changes regularly as new information becomes available. The goal is to have the most current information available, which may not in the end, be correct. Best practices change regularly. Many times there is no right answer, but just the best answer I can give you based on what we know at this time.
A major practice of scientific studies is an acknowledgment that you don’t, and might possibly won’t, ever have all the answers.
Which is why scientific THEORIES exist. Pretending to arrogantly know everything about any thing is the purest ignorance because it leaves no room to actually learn.
