I can't praise this manga enough! I went into into not expecting all that much since I had found it from a youtube short like a week ago but after binging it I think it has to be one of my favourite magical girl series. The whole corporate magical girl concept has definitely been done before but magilumiere really perfects it. Also as much as I love series like madoka magica it's nice to see a non traditional magical girl story that doesn't immediately rely on the dark magical girl trope to make it unique.

I love Magilumiere! I started reading it a couple weeks ago and just got caught up last night. It's a solid read for sure. I am nervous for the anime though, it looks really off in terms of style and character design. I just hope the anime looks better than the trailer.

The anime design thing is true but tbh it's something I've come to expect with alot of anime adaptations unfortunately 😞
