- BABYMETAL played its third show of the Festival Tour in Japan, after Fuji Rock in July and Rock In Japan on August 6 BABYMETAL visited Hokkaido to play at the Rising Sun Rock Festival at Sun Stage before One OK Rock .

神バンドの圧倒的な技術のパホーマンス、そして、ただ可愛いだけでなく、僕の中ではアイアンメイデンにも劣らない、アーティストとして、聞き惚れてます。

i was one of the few foreigner there, ticket are hard to get from oversea, and its at sapporo quite far from mass tourism in summer.
but this festival is amazing since its normal the 1st day, and non stop the next day 10:00 to 5:00morning at rising sun. thats the festival name indeed, thats why you have crouch place on side, and tent are in front of all stage, awesome bbq and must enjoying for campers, more than in europe festival where campers are parked far from the party...and no problem of stealing its japan^^
and why end at rising sun? well its at obon's date, the death day celebration, so you have deep meaning for a festival and they give you time for morn you own dead and eat with family the last day (with a tired face) :p. festival gather different music style pop rock jazz etc. and you can enjoy it differently when eating, resting, dancing surfing etc..
a great experience.
So freakin' awesome. Only Japan could produce something so crazy and charming.

Unbelievable - the front girls are dressed entirely in black silk dresses in the "little school girl style" and the backing band took their make up cue from " The Night of the Living Dead" Zombies. The music is heavy metal with stops for the Anime children's voices. Well choreographed and crazy as hell - only Japan could think of this ...

The sound is exquisite. So exquisite in fact that I thought it was one of those dreadful compilation videos with studio audio.
Still have doubts about Yui and Moa's 'verses' but the rest sure is live. And surprisingly neat!

@@SkpalTubeEven if Yui performs with them again, it won't be classic Babymetal. When we say classic Babymetal, its Su, Moa, Yui, Mikio, Takayoshi, Boh and Hideki. Those seven are classic Babymetal.
For me 2016 was their prime year.
Over the top amazing. Musicianship beyond reality. Always love watching this band. Japan is putting out some insane guitar players that don't get the recognition they deserve. Bravo.
