Hi Billy, remember the old addage, 'you can lead a horse to water', but a 'pencil must be lead', lol, good tips on the grip-leads, I use them, and hopefully don't lose them! 🎣👀👍🍻.
Excellent brother Billy will try that way of bending the wires as I have always used rollers and bent above roller that could save me about 6000 plus rollers a year. Thank brother
Yeh, Stephen give it a go buddy. The sea will claim them anyway, it's just a matter of time. And at least you don't add plastic to the problem. Thanks Brother 👍😁
Nice one Billy 👍 I'll try that way, I always did them the usual way but some leads it's hard to bend the wire past the lead enough to get a good bite. 👍
Nice one Billy! I usually buy my Grip Leads complete for £1 each, but was keen to have a go at your Leads with 3mm Strimmer line. My Pillar drill & press is across the channel, so going to wait until I'm over there to drill the Leads. Tight lines - stay safe & well, Dave. 🎣🎣👍👍
Hi Trampster. 1£ a cast, sometimes. Just to rich for my blood. I think it's worth the effort, quick tip for drilling the holes. You can use a vice, the problem is the drill bit break. So heat them until the red hot, then let them cool slowly. This will work better, thanks Brother 👍😁
These damn sinkers are a trade all by themselves.
Thanks for the tips.
Anytime Red, thanks Brother 😁👌
