Only walk se Aap weight reduce nahi ker sakte yes Aap khud ko active feel ker sakte hain for weight reduce Aap Apna raat ka khana jitni jaldi kha sakte hain otna acha hai main 5:pm tak raat ka khana kah leta hoon. or phir 9:pm ko walk or jogging kerta hoon not tomuch only 3 kilometres or aik saal main apna 20kg reduce ker chouka hoon laikin walk se khud ko active feel kerta hoon or khane main olive oil use kerta hoon
