Purchased new LUBA 2 AWD 10000 for $4178
Worked for 6 weeks, then stopped
Support ticket created on May 20th
Issues remain unresolved by Mammotion (61 days so far)
Mower not able to complete a task properly in that time.
Mammotion not responded to warranty request for replacement
Buyers beware, I’m certainly not the only one with this experience
Do more research than I did, MANY PEOPLE have similar issues

@@RickyVentures yes, I opened a support ticket 2 months ago. They’ve interacted very little, made no resolutions, and flat-out ignored my request for replacement or refund.
@@joshoelze yeah, I've heard stories like this. Don't know how I can help other than to suggest you post on reddit and Facebook. What's wrong with it? Does it charge and start? I suppose that is step one.
@@RickyVentures the power/battery systems have numerous issues that prevent it from properly completing a task. Mammotion is certainly aware of the issue. At this point they seem unable or unwilling to fix it (or honor their warranty).
update: after 64 frustrating days, I was finally offered a full refund.
Product might be good, but their idea of customer service is awful. They took payment and are now refusing to ship because they want more money first! An extra £350 after purchase! It's just an insane situation
