Ahh thank you so much Rob 😁 🥰
I still feel excited now when I look at it, watching it come together bit by bit, getting excited at the thought of all the adventures to come.
We can’t wait to carry on sharing our journey in our Bumblebee 🤩

Nice one for sure, good to have you can be on the road all the time with the family. Like the old diesels better though, these add blue engines sometimes make you go back to the garage.

Yeah he’s a great looking van - and even more so with the pop top now on and all the windows too ( videos to come )
We’ve heard mixed things about the AddBlue, I just hope we don’t get any big issues.

Where is the big screen in the dashboard i don't like the small radio screen in some transits i would go for one with the big touch screen

Yeah we don’t like the small screen either.
We ordered a double din radio ( think that’s what it’s called ) before we picked the van up. So it’s a much bigger screen and it’s a “smart” one too.
We will be doing a video of the installation of that soon enough 😁
I can’t stand standard radio systems lol.

Have the AA looked after the wiring after they decommissioned it

@@vwgolffancarreviews7111 yeah it’s been thoroughly looked after. We have a full service history of the van as well.
We are the first people to own it since the AA had it.
It went to a garage in Exeter. Luckily, they serviced it before it hey let us have it and they changed the wet belt for us and a few other bits as well, which saved us a £1200 job.
And it only has 65,000 miles which is great for the year.

@@vwgolffancarreviews7111 yeah it’s going to be awesome once we’ve got it fully done. It’s going to take a while, but at least when we have the basics done ( insulated and carpeted) that means we can camp in it for race weekends or random weekends away.

Good until the wet belt lets go

The garage changed the wet belt for us before they let us take it away. They did a couple other jobs as well ( pump etc )

@HelenHollywoodVlogs thankyou for your reply , that’s reassuring to hear - I used to go into Exeter diesels a lot back in the day , be strict with your servicing / oil changes . Happy travels.
