本作は、1995年に登場しました。ワールドヒーローズシリーズ第4弾として登場しました。歴史上の人物に似たキャラクターが過去、未来、現在を巡ります。ステージ背景に懐かしの水戸のご老公に似たキャラクターも登場しています。肝心のゲームシステムは前作から大きく変わっています。攻撃の強弱がボタンの長押しだったのが、各種のボタンと2ボタン同時押しへと変更されました。画面下にHEROゲージが追加されました。このゲージが満タン時には、特定の必殺技や究極奥義が強化されるといった内容になっています。こちらも非常におすすめな作品です。
