The 50s Cadet is powerful and a great performer, not a surprise. I'm really impressed with the Cadet 2... How can it perform so well with that urinal trapway?
I'd like to see the 1956 "Standard" Cadet and the 1995 Cadet 2 go up against the Compton and the Wellworth. I thought that the Cadet 2 would be the loser, but it actually performed quite well.
@@vintagetoiletstexas2443 I agree. Many of the new toilets work very well. Both the toilets in my home are modern: American Standard Optum Vormax (in about 5 years), and a Kohler Elmbrook (in for almost 2 years and flushes like a Wellworth or Cimarron). I've had no problems with either. If we did have problems with them, both would have been long gone by now. Water and sewer bills here are expensive, and both toilets help us to pay less. Plus, both are "comfort height", which is a plus. However at my cabin where water is ever flowing and free, the toilets are and will always be vintage.
My man water bill is about to going up 📈📈📈
I would battle the 50’s Cadet vs the Wellworth and the Cadet 2 vs the Compton
I'll do that thanks for the idea.
i agree
damn those toilets are thicc
I think the toilet in the middle is the best performer, though I am concerned as to wether it will have minerals in the trap way.
Was the weight of the dirt the same for each terlit? Scientific method matters in lots of comparison cases.
Folks, don't try that at home with your toilet!
“Standard” Cadet is the winner.
you could do the 2 or one vs the kohler wellworth class 5 if you have one. if you dont then the other wellworth

Not all modern toilets are bad.
Some are really good and theres some that stink.
@@vintagetoiletstexas2443 You are 100% correct on that!
Idk when the whole hating modern toilets started in the community but I dont get it. There here on earth to do one job and that job only.
