I know South Park hasn't done a body swap episode. But I do remember the episode where Cartman drank Kenny's ashes and Cartman had to share his body with Kenny
I'd like to see a bodyswap story in which only the characters' spirits are swapped, which means that they still have their thoughts and memories, but they now have the instincts and primordial urges of the person they swapped bodies with.

Voices stay In The Body even if you switch it stay in the same body
There’s also an Arthur episode Buster and Mr Ratburn swap bodies
