- Two teens caught on video dumping trash into the ocean last Sunday near the Boca Raton Inlet have turned themselves in to authorities, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission says.

The trash dumper is Michael Kirby a Junior at Boca Raton H.S. The parents are Chris and Lisa Ruth. They own FirstLight Home Care.

Damn. You’re trying to get their house and business burned down. Be careful giving names out like that. What they did was wrong but the court is supposed to take care of that not you by giving out info that could potentially get someone really hurt or killed.

Felony carries penalty of up to $50k and 5 years. I watched Carnival Cruise Lines dump bags and bags of trash into the Atlantic Ocean around 3am one night while on a cruise in the late 80’s/early 90’s. I’ll never cruise with them again because of it

I think 180 days in jail with 177 days suspended while on reporting probation, 90 days of community service (cleaning trash out of the water) and a $10,000 fine would be about right.
The parents said give them community service when they need to some jail time and fine don't worry I'm sure the parents will pay it I hope they do get jail time at least they're old enough to know better they're only sorry cause they got caught

Spoiled rich kids, I don’t think a small fine for littering OR community service is going to teach them anything. Now some adequate jail time on the other hand plus a family that will take this as seriously as it deserves to be taken could have positive results. But you have to wonder about the family if they raised kids this irresponsible.
