Timely for me - after several years of teaching part-time, I'm moving to a new school as a full-time HOD in September, so trying to get as organised as possible for the new year without having access to school systems. I used to write everything in my trusty Teacher's Planner, but have gone digital in recent years. I have created an electronic Teacher's Planner and Year Planner in OneNote, which I write and type on using my laptop and pen. I use Trello integrated with Google Calendar to keep track of everything.
Good luck with being at a new school :) I also have a teacher friend who makes her own teacher planner. Interesting how with more responsibility, going digital seems to work better!

I watched a few youtube videos and then played around with it. It was quick to realise that it was so user friendly and solved my issues with writing to-do lists :)

I love notion, it's an organisers dream. I use it for everything. I'm starting my pgce in September and I'll be using it to keep myself on track.
