Nice walking tour tom... the city looks so peaceful and modern... the food looks tasty I'm going to enjoy exploring there everything looks close to transportation and walking distance. Great video Tom. Btw, did you know, Hepatitis is quite prevalent in some communities in the Phils. This is why i would never accept a drink from a shared glass in all my years there. It's ok to politely decline the offer, especially when the drink is coconut wine, (Tuba) LoL.

I used to walk in that streets when i was in college, thats the most dangerous places in cebu city, duljo, pasil, ermita, b rodriguez, t. padilla, but yet you showed in your vlogs that there are many friendly people in that areas, im reliving that streets in your vlogs, thank you man, youre a gangster 😅
bruhh that place is safe, the dangerous is on colon, cebu cause most people there don't know where their home... but if they do bad here in pasil, their neighbor might recognize them and trace and beat them... i know cause every fiesta on pasil, i go by house and house...
I think when they are saying be careful it’s really after dark during the day you shouldn’t have any problems, do little trip like your videos but just don’t take videos keep it up it’s good viewing

There is no danger in these places if you are not drunk or you walking alone late night. Daytime you are ok. Once 3 young dude started messing with me in 2 minutes 20 people were there to protect me.
Just be mindful Tom don't stray too far into the narrow and dodgy areas. There's a lot of good people in barangay Pasil, Suba and Ermita and there are bad people too.

I have a feeling Tom is no stranger to being in sketchy places. Having been in ghettos here in the USA as a white guy, around people with guns, drugs, crime, this place seems fine. It's all about how you carry yourself and having some street smarts.
