    Without any doubt, Accerleration is the most important attribute for an Advanced Forward. In fact pace and acceleration should be in the top 6 in nearly every position.

    11 that seems good for higher leagues but what about when you are doing a saved from extended lower leagues of england all players are around 9 ish or so across the board.
    The other key issue is the personality that will drive in large part if the player will develop or not.

      I do agree. There are definitely red flags personalities that should avoided.
      The way I see it with those core attributes, anything less than 10 means more often than not they are failing to execute (whatever it is) and with Decisions especially, it's always good to have 11+
      But in lower leagues (which are very fun to play in btw, but less so fun to recruit in) you're totally right, 8s and 9s in some areas is good enough.

    Basically CA is a money sink, PA is a potentiator of money that will go down that sink. Yes they tend to signify better players and "more of it" is almost always better in a nearly linear relationship.
    The problem is how or where those atributes are distributed, there is literally no mechanism besides the suggested atributes per position that tells you the whole story in the game. If you know who to play, how to play them and where to play them you can literally hyperoptimize players with less CA and PA and make them absolutely key parts of your winning machine. And in the process saving absolutely boatloads of money in Transfer fees at the same time.

    How are you signing a wing back in League Two with a min of 11 on all the core attributes and then a min of 12 on Crossing, 11 on Dribbling, 11 on Tackling, 12 on Marking, 12 on Pace and 12 on Stamina?

      Scale to the league you're playing in. Checking the squad comparison tab is the best thing to do. Will show you the average score for each attribute in the league plus the highest amd lowest.

    Again with CB's missing off Concentration and Composure is criminal.

    A great video BUT in the end I was totally confused. Okay, "Centre Forwards" means AF, Advanced Forward. And "Wing Forwards"??? My FM24-Game has only Inside Forwards and Wingers, these player roles I found in the glossar (I'm from Germany so I have to translate your terms). But maybe I also have to play thousands of hours to reach the next level with new cool player roles!😆(for example a Corleone (core attribute cold-bloodedness) would be great!)

      Guten Tag!
      I probably could (and should) have split out (1) Inverted Wingers/Wingers and (2) Inside Forwards. The IFs probably need more of the likes of composure and shooting attributes akin to the centre forward roles.

    Don't sign any with attributes under 11
    Can tell he has NEVER done non league saves

    • @FMImmortal
      @FMImmortal  11 месяцев назад +2

      On the contrary, Robert! Our first save in FM24 was at the lowest manageable level: ruclips.net/video/CHTga4XrBHQ/видео.html
      I'd maintain that bringing the squad's average for these core attributes above 11 is a fast-track to success even at that level, but I'd go above this and say that bringing all your physical attributes up first is even more important when you're non-league. Not to say a CM with no pace but amazing technical ability and mentality can't do a job!
