It's difficult to think of anything that better sums up disdainful product innovation in 2024 than for them to discontinue the white chocolate orange (just three years after bringing it back) and replace it with a flavourless version of the same product they've already sold since 1932 👏🏽 I already look forward to the next evolution of this product when the orange segments will be imaginatively reshaped into a rectangular-blocked bar 🤦🏾♂️
The mint variant was actually decent tbh. Yet to try this one. Side note do you remember Mingles? Damn, do I miss those, they were perfect mint chocolates.
I picked this up on accident thinking it was just blue for xmas only to realise there's no orange. Don't know anyone who would buy Terry's just for their chocolate.
Hahahahaha What's brilliant is, when I'm editing these, I edit with the video playing at (approximately) 1.60 speed, and I barely look at the actual video, I'm looking at the time line, and the audio track, seeing to cut dead-air etc. And because I filmed this so long ago, I'd completely forgotten that happened until you just said.
I quite liked this (Iceland if you’re wondering), but it was so forgettable I don’t even recall eating the whole thing. Wish they’d bring back the white one, and the white one with the multicoloured sugar crystals in… stop faffing around, Terrys!
I agree that a coffee flavour would be great. More coffee flavoured chocolate products in general. I loved that coffee frys bars that recently came out. Not seen it in about a year. Assuming it has now been discontinued.
We need Pear, Apple or Black Cherry flavour! Not the crunchy burnt sugar popping biscuity cack flavours chocolate brands all seem to want to make... presumably because they are cheap to produce
"literally doesn't taste anything like a Terry's chocolate orange". Well no sh*t. Something that's not orange flavoured doesn't taste like orange. Jokes. I get what you mean. The orange or mint one, the flavourings cover up that it's cheap chocolate. When you get rid of that. Like you say advent calendar vibes.

Sounds like the perfect pitch meeting parody skit for MJJ
I should really bring these back.
*Brilliant video as always! So happy you're still making reviews.* 😊
I was suprised about this i was expecting to be bland but its really does taste creamy and taste abit like advent calender chocolate which i love
just want the white orange one back, probs the nicest chocolate.
Racist
A salted caramel terrys chocolate would be phenomenal!

Advent calendar chocolate from my childhood was the best!
It should be spearmint flavour
surely it still has very finite traces of orange
I'm sorry but what were theynthinking... It's a Terry chocolate orange for a reason! Now I would love if they did a Apple flavour or even cinnamon
Mondelez sold the brand in 2016.

I do not like the Terry’s chocolate orange flavour. I like the texture and shape though. This is an ideal product for me.

I thought it was mondelez also

Black chocolate? That's racist, what about white chocolate
Just tastes like chocolate you get in a bog standard advent calendar
Do the new Mc Donalds burger
The Chilli Cheeseburger?
@FoodReviewUK Yes Sir
I was expecting nice chocolate quality and as you said it was cheap advent calendar stuff, silly product.
Hazelnut flavour please
Damn, I'm down.
We need a terrys in other flavours besides orange like cherry or strawberry

Yeah exactly. This genuinely surprised me. Like it's unrecognisable.
You lost weight mate
Thank you, I'm very slowly losing weight, which is a new approach for me, but I'm happy to be doing something that I am finding more sustainable.
@ I actually re-watched the lockdown videos where you went for runs in your adidas shirt…. Good times 😎
It’s horrible
The wokies got to Terry TwT
