  • OCEAN STORM Seascape, I love a good storm, we often head to the beach at night to watch the waves (sat safely in the car of course.) I had to work at this painting, it was looking considerably as if I should scrape it at one point, but thats the thing - you have to be prepared to push through and come to a result that you are happy with.
Fluid art at times can be very complex, so much so that your eyes don't know where to focus. The details can be beautiful but we never look at a painting close up, only after looking at the whole thing do we go closer and only if we feel compelled to do so. Sometimes a painting may need a little help with a brush afterwards to bring it together and really mean something, thats why in this painting I get my brush out and add some finishing touches!
