Hey, my Titel deed reads 0.05 ha. What does it Mean? Is the plot 40 × 60?. Please i will be very happy to know

0.05 ha is approx 5,300 sq foot. The area under 40 x 60 is 2400 sq ft so I'm guessing yours is 50x100 which is about 5,000 sq foot

It will depend on the design of the houses. It's hard to tell how many house can fit 1 acre.
