Godzilla from the monsterverse is about 120 feet, Godzilla Earth at best is just shy of 1,000 feet, at about 984 feet. Trypticon, however is 2 miles tall in most of his versions. In feet, that is 10,560 feet. Trypticon is 10.7 times taller than Godzilla Earth. I don`t know either of their power levels or abilities, so i'm just going to assume it's going to be a fair fight.

Trypticon really should have won, first of all he’s much bigger than even Godzilla, he weighs more, King Ghidorah is a flying creature, so he wouldn’t eat as much as Godzilla, giving Godzilla an advantage over Ghidorah, but Trypticon here is way heavier than Godzilla, his armor appears to be thicker, he has more weapons, he has jet packs, and he might be more intelligent, Godzilla’s smart but he is still an animal, let’s not forget that, while Trypticon is a Transformer titan, which are probably more intelligent, I love Godzilla, but he wouldn’t have won, good video regardless though.
Godzilla can regenerate, but he can’t regenerate at a rapid pace like King Ghidorah, and though Godzilla’s atomic breath is quite powerful, I don’t think it would penetrate Trypies spark, though that is up for debate.....
