Hiking in Bø i Vesterålen, Norway

Last week in August we spent 5 days in beautiful Bø municipality in Vesterålen.

Bø is located just north of Lofoten.
The mountains in this western part of Vesterålen are not that high, but many of them are steep and plunge straight into the Atlantic Ocean and you have an emazing view.
Here you will find hikes in all different levels of difficulty. We chose easy and moderately difficult hikes this time.
We stayed two nights at the beautiful DNT cabin Guvåghytta and two nights at the beach in Gimstadbukta.
