Gay dudes were so nice to me when I went to a pride thing back in college that shit stuck with me I didn't feel threatened or anything I was at their event so being hit on wasn't out of place or disrespectful more than anything it was just flattering . If you looked at gay people as human beings first and foremost then I think you'd have a much different view. Gay people or LGBT folks are human beings and just like a straight person has experiences with sex, love, oppression, family issues, etc. so do people in the LGBT community. Also, hip-hop doesn't belong to anyone. It was meant to bring people together through struggle and our every day lives, not further divide us. I think that a lot of rappers or hip-hop artists have forgotten that.

The difference is that gay people, increasingly in the west anyway, are protected by the same laws as everyone else and therefore have less fear of discrimination than they once did. If you spend your days and nights worrying about gay people and their "agenda", you might want to either get a life and focus on that OR take a good hard look in the mirror and ask yourself if perhaps you aren't gay

Yo we go our whole lives never getting any positive attention. Gay dudes were so nice to me when I went to a pride thing back in college that shit stuck with me I didn't feel threatened or anything I was at their event so being hit on wasn't out of place or disrespectful more than anything it was just flattering . It was wild, all the sudden it was like I was a hot chick. And I was totally able to pick up a girl while there also we just like zeroed in on eachother in the middle of a crowded blocked off street for the block party. Pretty sure she was beginning to freak out because she wasn't used to not getting male attention and nobody around could care less about her goods. The whole experience was a trip.
