In Sweden, you can get the AM license when you're 15, A1 when you're 16, A2 when you're 18 and A when you're 24. Or, if you've had the A2 for two years or more you can get the full A license from when you're 20 years old. Just figured you might be interested in knowing that! Anyway, I took my A2 license (18 years old) about a month ago and have been riding around on a ninja 300. I love the bike, however it's tiny! I might be buying an MT07 in a few weeks if everything goes accordingly. Great video, keep it up
Useful to know, I'm ever so jealous! The MT07 will be a good choice, despite being on the Ninja 300.
Same in Finland, I was planning on doing my A2 this summer as I just turned 18, but I fucked up my car test in England so I did that here instead. Might get the A2 next year because I don't have friends who I need to drive around, nor do I have the spare cash to burn on fuel for a car lol. I've also had my AM for 3 years now since 15 :D
Would you recommend the ninja 250/300 for a good first motorcycle? How is it reliability wise/does it have good fuel consumption? Thanks :)
Its like that in Norway as well, but you need to be 16 to get the AM here :)
@@Martin__ :D didnt know it was that high in Norway
I was getting one anyway but you’ve just made me want it now
nice vid man! lil tip for you instead of you blurring out your Speedo whenever you go 1mph over the speed limit *cough cough ;)* if you use some head light wrap, tinted or I prefer the chameleon one, and put it on the Speedo, the light reflects off it and the camera can't pick up the Speedo during the day, 2 quid and 5 mins work to save you having to edit it out, because I know how much of a pain it can be!
I appreciate the pro tip! Thank you :)
EvolutionMotovlogs don’t bother getting rid of your Speedo for speeding. If someone wanted to find out how fast your going they could with distance and time
These MT07's crash really well. Mine crashed great
Hahaha, top comment - serious note; hope all is well though.
EvolutionMotovlogs Cjeers man. Few bruises, mostly cosmetic damage to the bike so its fixable. Love the bike though, so much fun.
Hope you and the bike are ok now
Same here mate, straight into a ditch 😂😂😂
45 yrs of riding, several different bikes, only wrecked once. No injuries, barely noticeable on the gsxr 750. Dumb luck.
You must be living the dream owning this bike at only 19. I'm jealous as I'm double your age and not own one lol.
Thank you man! Definitely do feel privileged, I've worked for it since 16!
I will be a proud owner of this next year when I turn 18 :)
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) you have to be 19 are you in the uk
Noo Im from germany :D
Peps4k Do you have it?
Congrats man! In the usa technically when you're 14 you can hop on any bike as long as you ride with an adult and have a permit... otherwise once you're 16 and get your license, you can cruise on an h2r for all means haha crazy.
That's absolutely crazy!
nathan saltzman I
Fuck that shit.
In Norway
A1 license= Moped 125cc etc; 16 years old.
A2 license= Max 35kw/47hp; 18 years old
A license= no limits; 20 years old If you have the A2 license, 22 years old If you havent
Thanks for sharing! Interesting, literally seems as if they've put the licenses forward by a year (earlier),
Time Stamps! Just a few worth noting, feel free to comment your own :)
Fist 3 minutes is the introduction
03:30 - First Impressions
05:35 - Overtake
11:00 - Walk around
Are you going to start doing wheelies now? ;)
Hey EvolutionMotovlogs , since you have the restricted mt 07, how does that work? Do you buy a different restricted model and then the normal model after or do you buy the normal model and then restrict? sorry for any grammar mistakes
8/10 it's a throttle restriction! :)
Maybeeeee ;)
It's the same model, it has a throttle stop on the throttle valve. It restricts the turn/degree of the throttle. This can be removed/installed very easily.
Nice to some one else in the south east! I did my full A Licence just 12 Days ago. MT07 is just a great starter Bike! Had mine for 2 months but had to sit in the garden untill I had passed. I did my Full A licence on a Honda NC750X, On the way back from the test centre I went full throttle, it was SLOW, Jumped on the MT07 and OMG its mega Quick! Keep up the good videos and Safe riding!
I was in a similar situation, the wait killed me. Congrats on the pass! Ride safe and stay awesome :)
I’m finding myself constantly returning to your page to keep an eye out on new content. This is from when I followed you on your 50cc. Few questions. Are you ok? Do you still ride? Would you create more content? I’d love to go for a ride sometime. You are the reason I ride today. Stay safe.
Hey Rewboy, Evo here.
Thanks for the comment. Great questions. I hope you are well.
I'm very well and doing OK. My life took off like a rocket ship at aged 19, like most young adults - things such as my career, relationship, and all sorts of boring adult responsibilities started to creep in! Unfortunately, my ability to content create took a constant decline until, eventually, I inadvertently hung up my RUclips boots without meaning too.
RUclips is something I miss dearly and do wish I had managed the capacity to have continued. I may return, but suspect I'll need to reboot the channel, hah!
I do still ride, but not very often. My bike journey continued to evolve and at 23 I passed my progressive access (full license) - own a Street Triple 765RS now, which replaced the MT-07.
I have folders and folders of archived videos which I never edited and arguably some of what felt like my best content to date. I do contemplate releasing those videos into the world after 6 years or so...
Thanks for reaching out once again, Ihope that helps fill some curiosity.
Stay AWESOME, ride safe!
Currently own a 125 and this is my all time dream bike
Ride safe bro; I'm sure you'll be on an MT-07 before you know it!
The day I turned 16, got my license, and motorcycle endorsement. At that point, could buy / ride any bike on the planet. ( street legal on the road of course) Too bad so many restrictions nowadays.
This is the motorcycle they put me on during my first ever class. It was the first time I every rode a motorcycle of any sorts. I almost shat myself. Fucking fun though.
Cracking learning bike! Glad to hear they're using them in testing/training.
Just started watching you again properly, you've convinced me to get my very own MT-125 aha. Hope you have plenty of fun on your new bike. Ride safe pal :)
Welcome back to the channel! Likewise, ride safe and stay awesome! :)
happy to you man, remember ride safe and bigger bike comes with bigger responsibility, cheers!
Thank you, appreciate the kind words! Certainly does, thanks :).
" ABS has saved me a few times " Bruv, you've only had it 4 day's, slow down. 😂👍 Jokes apart, at 70mph in 6th cog, what are you revving at? Thanks in advance.
Hahaha! ABS is a life saver; I honestly couldn't tell you off the top of my head, very low revs though - 50/60 MPH in 6th runs in ECO mode and very smooth.
did you get this restricted ?
@@EvolutionMotovlogs Yeah as said above, is it restricted in this vid?
Got my A2 in a couple weeks, if all goes well I'm picking up a restricted XSR 700, basically this bike wearing flares and a turtleneck. Hyped.
Best of luck with your A2! If you need anything, just drop me a private message (Instagram). I love the styling of the XSR700, no doubt - it'll be a wicked bike! :)
Congrats on your License! :) chanced on your channel randomly and I have got to say, you speak extremely well, super enjoyable to watch. :)
Hi Leonard, thank you! Welcome to the channel; I'm glad you're enjoying the content! Appreciate the positive feedback - stay AWESOME!
Watching this just made me want to get one so much more. I currently have a wr125 which to be fair is very fast for a 125, it shits all over any other 125 I’ve raced lol. But even restricted this bike still looks so fast. I’m 19 in 6 months will defo be getting one💯
Have you got your A2 license?
Just about to turn 19, was looking at the CBR 500r until I found out this was available on an A2... definitely know what I'm getting now 🤯
CBR500RR is a great choice, but I'd probably say the MT-07 wins it for me overhaul.
All personal preference, compare the tech specs, prices, running costs and try and sit on them both in person and get a feel for them.
EvolutionMotovlogs already got my mt07 now 🤣 love it
@Evo
Where are you now and what are you riding?
Have you fell away from motorcycling or still at it?
I’m just showing my son your videos (he was a baby when I watched your 125 videos, he’s now 7 and bikes daft.
I started with an MT-125 and watched all your videos.
Here I am, riding a Gen 2 1290 Superduke after having owned a KTM 390 Duke,
Speed Triple 1050s, Aprilia Tuono 1100 Factory and now my favourite of all, the gen 2 1290 Superduke r.
I remember watching you on this bike and dreaming about how good it would be.
The noise of that MT07 with the Akra, sounds unreal.
Hope you are good bud 👍🏼.
Hey!
Thanks for the comment, I hope you are well. I'm feeling very nostalgiac!
I'm very well, life has flown by and I most certainly miss the content creation. My life became rather relentless in my early 20s, with my full time career taking off and adult life consuming the majority of my spare time.
I have continued riding... evolved to my full license at 21, from my A2 at 19 - the MT-07 was replaced by a ST765RS to which I've owned for a while now.
It sounds like you've had a great journey on your own two wheels... and glad to hear little man is following in your foot steps.
I've a soft spot for the superduke....
The MT-07 combined with the Akra is thunderous magic.
Ride safe and STAY AWESOME!
@@EvolutionMotovlogs that’s brilliant mate.
I love the Street Triple 765 RS (never had the chance to ride one yet).
I’m glad you are still riding and doing well in your life.
Yeah, I’ve had a great time.
PCP’d all my bikes, so I’ve never owned any outright yet, but don’t regret a thing.
It’s been a life’s dream.
The Superduke may just be that bike that I keep.
Never ridden anything like it.
I hope you still manage time for the two wheeled therapy and thank you.
Ride safe buddy 👍🏼☺️
Got my mt07 a week ago, same colour. Its got soooo much torque, I can be at 3000 rpm in 6th gear and it just takes off if I mash the throttle.
Night fluo is a great colour, although - I spend more time cleaning the wheels than riding. Torque is unreal, love the MT07!
Congrats man. I'm on the MT125 2017 because in Belgium you can drive it with A1 or a car licence.
Already thinking of doing the lessons and exam for a MT07, skipping the MT03 (which is A2-licence) :)
Oh nice! Yeah - go for it :D
still can't decide between mt-07 and ktm duke 390 for a2 but great vid you give alot of useful information!
I'd definitely go for the MT07!
cant wait to get this im getting a 2015 one cant wait a2 licence
I am taking my DAS on a MT07 and I am loving the bike. After each lesson when I go back to the CBR 125 it feels weird xD
Can't wait to get my license. But the bike I am buying (hopefully) will be a 2000 onwards Hornet :D Great video btw
DAS on a MT07!? - Lucky you :) Cheers for the support, besta luck with your DAS! :)
Sometimes I ride my partner's MT 125 which is funny cause the bike he wants to get next (after getting the license) is the MT7. Guess I was the first to try it 😂 thank you =) BTW can I ask you, how much time did it take for you since booking the modules to actually take them?
Ride Safe
I had two 4 hour sessions which where back to back over a weekend. We covered and aced the Module 1 criteria and executed a few road rides to polish my riding and prepare me for module 2. I then took my Mod 1 and Mod 2 Test the following week and passed both. Technically I had 4 total sessions with the training instructor but two of those where the module days.
EvolutionMotovlogs the following week? That was quick I thought we had to wait like a few weeks like a waiting list. I am doing my fourth lesson this Wednesday let's hope I can book them
I'm in love with this bike😍
Thank youuuu! ^_^
Do you still have this bike? It sounds bloody amazing! I'm currently learning on a 2022 MT07 and I really like it. Please can you tell me exactly which exhaust you have on this bike? Hope you're still going to make fresh content. All the best.
great new video mate its been cool to watch you go from your little tango (lol rs 50) to this
Thank you for the support! Stay Awesome ^_^
Exhaust sounds awesome
Thanks man! That's Akrapovic for you.
man that bikes a beast! watching this literally pushed my motivation to get my full licence PRONTO with this bike choice ;)
She really is! Remember, you only need your A2 License should you wish to ride one (restricted). If you need any further information, feel free to message me! :)
Just about to start my A2 brother :) a quick question though man, Is that stock exhaust or custom?
Gratz on the bike .shes Real nice enjoy and ride safe
Thank you! Stay Awesome :)
Your bike is restricted, right? Seems more powerful than the others I've seen haha.
And bye the way, you are my favourite youtuber!!
Yep, it's throttle restricted as I'm riding on an A2 license. Thank you, appreciate the kind words! STAY AWESOME.
Omg I want this damn bike 🤣😮
Also how much does a full tank cost?
lol ignore that I just fully watched vid 😂
getting my 2017 yam mt 125 soon cannot wait :D The mt07 looks amazing though cant wait for upcoming vids :D You should do a meet in the summer!
Hype! What color did you go for? Deffo will do so :)
I went for tech black, hopefully i can make it by using A roads :D
I will sure miss that sexy MT125. Looking forward to getting one when I'm 18.
soofety is noombah onn preoretey you can ride one at 17
So Will I :(
Wasn;t it 17 years and 9 months?
soofety is noombah onn preoretey no as soon as you turn 17 you can get a cbt and ride a 125cc on the road or you can do your a1 license which means you can ride a 125cc bike on the road without l plates, on motorways and you can take a pillion on the back
Is it good for begginers? I can ride it with A2 cuz in papers it says it has 35kw so its legal, but is it too powerful for begginer? Ofc i wouldnt ride it like a idiot, i have to feel safe to accelerate.
Congratulations mate, great choice of bike ;)
Thank you :)
Love the look of this bike reminds me of a Porsche 918 with the yellow calipers
my dream bike 😍
This restricted to the 35kw (45bhp) or is it full power mate? You've motivated me so much to get on with my A2...
Yes, 45bhp throttle restriction for the A2 license! Go for it man, you will not regret it.
EvolutionMotovlogs love that! Absolute power even limited.
EvolutionMotovlogs hey! I have a grom. AWESOME bike but I'm doubting to buy a mt07 or wait until 24 and buy a mt09. I'm 21 now. :/
Love your videos man! Just wondering, as I'm goin for my A2 licence September, was thinking about gettin the MT07 restricted, how much does a tank of fuel cost you (roughly) and now you've ridden it for a while, how often do you fuel up?
Thanks Adam, appreciate the support! A full tank is generally around £15 (sometimes a little less, can be a tad more if you run it low and use the expensive high octane stuff!). I'm certain I get a decent 60mpg, burns up about 150-200 miles per tank but these are just approx figures. Fuel efficiency is more than adequate in my opinion, considering my car runs around 30mpg...
These bikes and ktm 1290 superduke r are my dream bikes, since i'm only 18 i can only ride mt 07 (or mt 03) but i'll get mt 09 for sure later. My first bike will be an yamaha virago 535 to start with and then i'll probably sell it and buy a restricted yamaha mt 07
Super Naked Motorbikes are definitely one of a kind! I'd opt for the MT07 over the MT03 in my opinion.
MT09 would be a nice upgrade in the future for sure.
I want a super sport but this bike will be my baby :)
My heart belongs with a sportsbike but the MT07 is an ANIMAL.
Ah...Yamaha cross plane .....simply awesome.......
I'm currently on a '09 Honda CBF125 and look at moving up to a MT-07 when I eventually hit 19, was wondering how much did the whole A2 process cost you? (The day courses as well as the actual modules) Cheers man, keep up the videos
My full training tests and such set me back around £700. Not cheap, but worthwhile!
aight cheers :)
@EvolutionMotovlogs; if you don't mind me asking, what mic set-up are you using? It's bloody fantastic! Minimal wind noise and so clear I thought you'd overdubbed the lot...
Hey! Alongside the GoPro Hero 4 I use the Sony ECMSC3 & GoPro Mic Adaptor.
Hi Evolution, im doing my a2 this week and love the MT07 you've probably been asked already but who is your insurance with? Cheers
Love this bike man
Cheers man! :)
Awesome video man
been watching since 100 subscribers and love your vids, will there be a video soon?
Thank you for the support from Day 1. Tons of new videos to come :).
yeah planning on doing my A2 next year
mt 07 👌🏼 definitely the right choice bud 😄
Cheers bud! :D
Subbed ! Lovely stuff dude :D I ride a 390 Duke but was thinking upgrading to mt 07 in 2 years or so :D I had full DAS passed but had no experience before so sort of went screw it, I`ll force myself with a smaller one for a while and learn a bit then move on :D I`ll definitely have to check out Hastings sea front, need to get a Satnav tho, I have no clue how to get around in the UK yet haha :)) Looking forward to more vids :D
Thank you! Welcome to the channel :). I respect your willpower, despite having a full license you've started on something more practical, manageable and forgiving! Once you're ready... whether that be 6 months or two years - you can move up!
What bike did you use on your test? The MT looks awesome, I'm tempted to get one but I may just go for the SV as it's a cheaper alternative.
A Suzuki GS500. The SV650s are a good choice! :)
Do you still have the bike? If so, do you still like it as much? Any cons during this time? I'm going to be getting this about the end of March! :) Good vid!!
Hey! Yes, I still own the MT07 - more videos to come soon :). I absolutely love it, there are too many pro's to list; for an A2 motorcycle it's phenomenal but there are a few cons to be aware of. The rear suspension is awful, very bouncy - you can replace the shock absorber with Ohlins or Nitron and this will transformer the handling but obviously it's an additional cost to the bike. The paint quality is okay but the swing arm is prone to rust. No major faults and for the price of the bike, it's great value.
Looks a nice bike sounds good with the exhaust too,
Thanks Tremour! :)
just bought myself a new one too reveal should be out soon :D, where abouts do you ride? should have a meet up.
I remember you mentioning, been waiting for the reveal! Yeah deffo, I'm Kent area - what about you?
ahh i got the bike now i just need to film it! , oohh pretty far im from york
Ohhh, spoiler ;)? Farish but willing to travel :)
19!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sound older lad,great channel ;-)
Cheers my man! Stay Awesome!
Loved the video and your enthusiasm mate! Well done + 1 sub ;)
Thank you, appreciate the kind words! Welcome to the Channel :).
Im looking to get this after my a2 aswell, did you get yours new? Also whats the top speed like?
Cant wait im doing my A2 in a few months and im planning to get the mt 07 in the yamaha blue colours, hopefully its as fun as it looks. May i ask how bad the insurance would be for one of these when your 19? thx...
Best of luck with your A2! Blue looks nice, was so tempted to get a 2017 model. Such a fun motorbike, you will NOT be disappointed. It was relatively expensive to be honest, around £1000 for the year but obviously there are so many variables and will be different from person to person.
tell you what mate, get a smaller plate. yes its not legal but no copper cares about it on a bike unless your doing something wrong. a smaller plate just cleans it up a bit more
Already ordered a smaller one! Just need to drill it and fit ^_^. Doubt I'll always run with it though..
oh I didn't think so either but my god, youll run with it
what would you suggest. Get a mt125 and get experience on it and then do a2 or go straight for the a2 training and test? I am 28 and stuck on this question. I have been on a bike before but overall experience wise its less than 1 month.
Great bike mate, what year is your bike as I am getting one soon, also is your bike restricted
Thank you, It's a 2016 Night Fluo.
Thinking of getting one of these. When I pass my A2 I know it was a while ago now but at the age 19 like myself what was the insurance like?
hey man lovely bike, just curious as to what you pay say per month for the insurance for the MT 07 ? Thanks !
My insurance was relatively experience due to low age, it was around £1000 for the year.
Sounds like a nice cruiser.
That's the deep thunder growl from the CP2 Two Cylinder engine for you! :)
Is this a2 throttle restricted. Because it looks like it moves mad. Im between this and an xj6 for a2. If the throttle restriction is like this then im gonna for the xj6
Good video,take care dude :-)
Did you have to restrict the bike when you bought, I live in uk also and going through my A2 as well
good job you blurred the plate man, now nobody knows it's OGD 16AE ;);)
Ah, missed the end. You got my plate wrong though, good effort ;)
Hey evolution, can you possibly do a video on counter steering with your mt07?
Hey! Note taken, I'll see what I can do... :)
Just noticed you road through Coxheath near Maidstone Town, you from around kent?
Hiya mate so you think we could have a chat I’d love some advice? Love the bike!
Can i get one of these restricted but take the restricter off and still be good is it too risky?
If you didn't map your bike after putting that exhaust on you probably lost some power mate!
If its a slipon most dont need retuning
Love your vids, you should try being more active on RUclips 👍
Certainly going to try too! Thanks for the feedback.
Very nice video, thanks
Thanks for the kind feedback! Glad you enjoyed - feel to subscribe for more videos.
Had this bike for my training though it's comfy and got power more than you'll ever need for every day riding, the vibration is a big let down in fact it's ridiculous at 70mph. Shame coz it's great looking bike, just not that smooth and also the clutch isn't very light either compared to Honda's.
Hastings sea front is amazing
^^ Sure is! :)
EvolutionMotovlogs I live up in Yorkshire but some of my family live down in Hastings and whenever I visit I absolutely love going down the seafront and being close to the sea!
Hello evolution! I'm 16. And I've watched some of your Aprilia rs 50cc videos. I'm just wondering, when I go to the cbt can I use my bike that i have to complete it? many thanks. Dak.
You can take your CBT on your own motorcycle or use one of theirs (normally included in the cost of the CBT). I took my CBT on my RS50.
Done my a2 looking into buying an mt07 ATM, I've practised riding a full mt07 on a runway! And is insane!
I just wondered what year this mt07 is? As I'm looking to buying a new one a 2017 one and there is some confusion whether dealers can restrict the big version down as oppose to the mt07 35kw version. Do you have any knowledge on this?
I'd recommend one - I've got a 2016. The restriction is on the throttle body, it limits the turn on your throttle. Regardless of the year, it shouldn't be an issue.
Just about to turn 19 next month. Haven't had work for a while so hoping in the next few weeks to do some field work like last year allowing me to save for the next bike & insurance.
Currently on a Suzuki En125-2, hoping to save insurance for my 2nd year on that and begin to save for A2 then hop onto a R125, certainly would be a more capable bike than the en125 and happy to wait till 21 for Full License as can't be bothered with the annoying restrictions for now, plus friends won't be moving off 125s.
As its the first week of my mate having his cbf125 I've been sat watching him in my mirror which can be rather boring, I'm sure once he gets more confident it will be more fun. Yet moving onto a A2 bike would make that even less fun waiting around for friends.
(Sorry I ramble) What do you think of my plan? A2 then R125 or R125 then A2 (Still got a year on my cbt)
I'd upgrade to a the R125 for the next 12 months and sit your A2 alongside it in the next year or less. IF you're confident, go for the A2. Better way to spend your money in my opinion.
After some thinking, think I'll save for my A2, do some training and get all that out the way. As the cost of a R125 plus Insurance could be the same as a A2 bike & insurance.
For example I was looking at the Cbr 500r's costing £2500 minimum second hand with the same price insurance as a R125. Never know may find something in the A2 category I may like.
Tempted to save for A2, do it then just save till I find the perfect bike. With my En125 it was more a jump of thats in my price range and will do, think it'll be nice to have something higher end & perfect!
another great motovlog, whens the next one coming??
Lots of new video(s) to come soon! Would love to upload more frequently but very busy with work.
ahh fair enough, what type of it do u work in? ive got myself an apprenticeship for September, cant wait
brad arrowsmith ni
what kind of restrictor are you using (electronic or throttle cable limiter)
This is the restricted version right? I didn’t know you could remap a restricted bike!
AM and A1 is 16, A2 is 18 and A is 20 here in Norway
Good to know, cheers.
OFE2001 maybe because norway didn't join the EU thats why you don't have as strict laws
Andy G Norway have many Stupid strict laws, trust me. We are inn the EØS.
@@OFE-jt3zo what's that?
Andy G hard to explain
evolution, winters coming up - what are the best tyres to use on my mt125? I have Street pilots on at the moment.
I ABSOLUTELY loved the S20 Evo's when I had them - superb in the dry and wet.
Evolution, you posted a picture on instagram about you cleaning the exhaust, did you make a video? if yes will you post it?
Video to come!
Hi there, I know I’m a bit late..
But what is the exact name of your exhaust?
Also what modifications have you made to the exhaust?
Many thanks
Akrapovic Titanium, no baffle.
Did you have to restrict this bike on a a2 licence looking to get my a2 this year
In Quebec, you can get your license at 16 and go buy a ducati panigale v4s right away
Mental!
Is there a way to restore this to the normal mt07 model for when you get the unrestricted license?Like with an ecu flash or removing the power limiter or taking it to a mechanic?
Yes, the restriction is very easy - it's throttle based. You can add/remove this at anypoint.
Just wondering would you recomend getting one as a first bike or someone who has just got an a2 licence without have 125 experience but is somewhat familiar with bikes ?
Difficult question, I've worked my way up every year from a 50cc, to 125 and so forth (but, I didn't have an option due to the laws/age limits on licenses). This was extremely beneficial, an ideal starter bike would be 125c as they're very forgiving, light and easy to ride/maintain. However, I do believe you could start on the MT07 restricted, you may want to invest in a few extra training days/sessions!
Ultimately, it's down to the individual/rider and whether you're confident/skilled enough but remember, practice makes perfect! :)
Lovely bike for A2 license indeed. However not "the best". Did you check Honda's CB 500 F or X??? These are some darn good bikes man!
Perhaps not the 'best' but arguably one of the top five you could chose IMO. The new or old CB500?
EvolutionMotovlogs well I’m more of an “on-off “ fan so if we’re talking about the 500x I’d absolutely go for the new models, either 2016 or the euro 4 model of 2017 which is the one I’m actually spoiling myself for this Xmas ;) they got this new new aggressive look, the new parallel twin engine is designed to produce even less vibration that you’d possibly imagine any they burn absolutely nothing.... pretty high end bike and of course you don’t need an A1 license to rock her.
Hey! I was just wondering if your MT07 is A2 restricted (35kW≈50HP) in the video? Because it looks like it really moves. Cheers from Sweden and a future MT07 owner (taking my A2 license next year).
Hey! Yes, the MT07 is throttle restricted - this just restrict the throttle movement. The 'R6 throttle mod' is certainly worth a look. The MT07 is a phenomenal A2 option for the cost, I'd highly recommend it! :)
Hi Man, Just wondering can you be 19 and take the A2 Licence or do you have to have previous bike experience? Thanks man!
At 19, you can take your A2 license - BUT, you need to pass a CBT and theory test first. Easily achievable in a one day course, just over £100.
For someone who hasn't had extensive experience on a CBT, how easy would it be to obtain an A2 licence? My u-turns are still shocking, will they touch upon it in training?
My A2 consisted of 4 days (two days training, two days test). The first 48 hours was spent mastering the different riding skills required etc.
Do you have the full akrapovic system on there?
How tall are you man? looking for a mt125 and I am 200cm tall. Very big yeah...I know. I want to know if it is going to hurt my back and if it looks dumb
I'm around 1.7M (5ft 10). You'll be better suited for an upright motorbike like the MT-125 as oppose to a sportsbike. I'd always recommend sitting on one and seeing how it feels before purchasing.
