If people have space, having Bunnies and / or Guinea Pigs is a great resource for the garden. Their poop doesn’t require any downtime, can go straight on, along with spent bedding, every time you clean their hutch 😊 And it can go into the compost as well.
Love your videos thank you. I have learnt so much I live on mid north coast growing vegetables with intent to go to market this summer. I have planted flowers for my bees and have fallen in love with flowers Happy to see you growing veg also. You will get so much satisfaction filling the dinner plate with home grown produce I wish you all the very best. So many small businesses struggling. In time it will improve
I absolutely loved seeing your little fellow at the end. Any content you share I would watch as I truly enjoy learning from you. Keep smiling. Warm Hugs Theresa
I'm 3rd year in micro flower farmer and realised I need more natives or proteas etc to get through the winter, also making use of the fact dried flowers are making a come back. Thankyou for your videos, I grow in Victoria and appreciate you sharing.❤
Thank you and your husband for the tip about using marigold leaves! I am definitely going to have a go at that. I'm in a very humid climate and most likely have a lot more bugs than you, hence why smart people don't flower farm here. I'm up for the challenge, starting small as that is all my budget allows.
Thanks for sharing all this great info. We are just at the start of our flower and veggie growing journey and can see the struggle but how good it is to grow pretty flowers!
Despite all the difficulties we just can’t see ourselves without it. The rewards are just so amazing. We love it. Hang in there and just try enjoy the journey rather than trying to reach a destination.
Love the video as always. I don't understand why your subscribers are so low, as your videos are fun, informative and your family and home are lovely. I'm not a grower, in fact I have been reduced to a yard (from a farm) so have to grow everything in pots, but love your videos anyway. I wish you Huge Luck with your new goals and with growing the subscribers. x
Thankyou! This is just so nice to hear 🤍. And, I don’t know but I’m growing so slow!! Your comment made me think maybe I should ask viewers to share my videos with their friends? Most viewers are already subscribed so I need to reach new people! Xx
@@phaedragardeness Yes, it's worth a try. Also, I have heard from another podcaster, that if people go on your back catalogue and comment and like - the algorithm will pick this up and you will be pushed out onto "home page" more. I don't know if it's true, but again worth a try. So I am off to watch old videos and like and comment. Have a good day. Suzanne in the UK
Love the atmosphere...going dark made me feel like I was sitting around the fire chatting with you (as a silent participant though 🤣). I'd watch 3 videos per week!
Also Phaedra, I've had success germinating delphiniums up here in QLD. Put them on damp paper towel in a sealed container in the fridge - took 3-4 weeks before they started and I had sooo much more success. I reckon still only 60 % success though. Probably better to order the seedlings through a supplier
Oh wow thankyou I’ll try that. I buy the seed through a reputable seller so I don’t think it’s the seed. I think it’s just been me! I threw some out on the going in Autumn though and they seem to have germinated (not great. But some there). Seems typical doesn’t it!
Hi Phaedra, just wanted to say I think 3 videos would be great and your a Christian and I was thinking maybe a devotional type video would be a good idea… your son was absolutely adorable!
Hi Teresa! Thankyou!! I’m struggling a bit with burnout but I’ll talk about it in a video soon. So I’m struggling to do more than the Saturday video. I do hope to do more though!! I could do a devotional.. maybe I could start a different channel for that though.
Keep your head up Phaedra, always! Still love your updates and videos. Hugs from Texas again 🤗 🤠😂😊.
Thanks Liz! That’s sweet of you x
Love the potatoes idea, will use
It's so good! And as a bonus you'll have random volunteer potatoes pop up the following season
Morning Phaedra, it's fresh here in Coffs Harbour NSW. I enjoyed your video. Thank you. 😊

Your husband is a darling with his support of you.
What a keeper!!
All my best wishes for your new journey ahead.
Cheers ❤
Thankyou :)
Love you Phaedra and praying that you find that perfect idea for your incredible creative mind!!
Awww thankyou!!
Thank you honey for answering my question 😘🥰
You are welcome!!
Enjoy all your videos Phaedra, but this one was so relaxing, probably due to the setting. Loved it!❤️
Oh I’m so glad!! I better do another bonfire one before our summer starts!

Oh that’s so cool I’m glad it had that effect. It was so nice sitting out there having a chat! I should do another soon!
