But I am supportive of this regardless, as I am aware of my irrational and emotional connection with Wintersun.

I know about everything Xantho are doing! :) I think I checked all their vids out there! ;) After re-hearing both original song from Opeth and Wintersun (harvest and Sleeping Stars), they have a lot of similirarities. Mostly in the chorus section of Harvest (the first part of this cover). In all thoses cases, everything is freaking awesome, Opeth, Wintersun and Xanthochroid.
