I'm only 6ft1 I have took steroids been on cycles got big still take trt get my blood work done .. but some guys are just genetic freaks out the cage off the matts there nice chilled guys after you have went to war trained for two hours been submitted aslo done ok yourself.. the last thing you want to do is fight iv met guys like him and when they get a reality check meet a guy thats more skilled bigger stronger just a level above you.. you no what your capable off no reason to act like some tuff guy you no there's guys that are much tougher I'm not fucking up jon jones . Im from Smethwick and I’ve never seen this guy in my life or heard of him until the Xbox thing. I think I speak on behalf of the area when I say this man is not a representation of the people of the area and we distance ourselves from him in totality. 🤦🏾♂️

Meditation ,Is so helpful...pleased he found that one...I was in an isolation ward about 18yrs old...When I learnt how great meditation was...Truly enabled me to flow..I was able to write a poem that bought clarity to my teenage years...Sent it to some old friends I'd been estranged from...Disappeared in2 the care systems which shakes you to the core...and you feel different to all the people you've ever known that have had safe life's wiv their Mum & Dad's etc..They can do no wrong..as innocent as I was,the care system is like pure punishment..
There's a lot to make sense of...Meditation is such a key, it helps you communicate what is Vital. It stabilises all your emotions,so you flow...Everyone loved my poem,,which was much better than explaining what had happened to me for 4 years.,.xx
