Fantastic interview being a Middlesbrough lass myself I've heard of Shane's reputation, I'm so happy for the lad that he's changed his ways, as this is coming from the wife of a paranoid scitzophrenic husband who has stabbed and shot at people, held a crossbow to a womans head so her husband would come out and done a lot more and it's left me and his 4 kid's in such a state it's unbelievable! Your a better man to think more about your kid's and future good for you Shane! Also Shaun this is your best interview so far 👍

@ David R Story for all of us is the choices we make Shane said it was carry on a life of violence and prison or turn to God. Wildman has that choice with his weight like many people and it's not rocket science. the body like the car put shit in the engine and not long before the car breaks down.
put shit in the body and the body says enough is enough and that pump gives out.
Exercise and denial is Discipline and many people think discipline is a dirty word.
Also why our Military recruits are so unfit these days, junk food netflix and coca cola full of sugar.
sadly many in this generation won't see 40.
