There’s a little bit of everything in this video. I meant to get this video up yesterday but better late than never.
For the Jello I have a Shorts video that I posted February 26 if you’re interested in that recipe. It’s super simple 1 1/2 cups of hot water, teaspoon of gelatin powder and 1 1/2 scoops of electrolytes or to taste. Combine it all, make sure your gelatin is dissolved and then add to your cups and store in the fridge until ready.
For the mock heavy whip fluff I used 1/2 cup of water, 1/4 cup egg white protein powder, 1 scoop of leanfit vanilla whey protein powder. If you were wanting sweetness you could add skinny syrup or powdered swerve. Although I have not got to taste or use it yet.
For the meat nuggets I used just under 1 pound of lean ground beef and seasoned with salt, pepper and seasoning salt to taste. I dehydrated for a couple hours in my dehydrator.
For the steak strip jerky I just used outside round steak. Cut into strips seasoned with salt and pepper and dehydrated for a couple of hours in my dehydrator
PSMF bread & buns
1 1/2 cups of water
Splash of liquid egg whites
1 1/2 cup(120g)egg white protein powder
1tsp Cream of tartar
1 tsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp Allulose
1 tbsp powdered swerve
Whip until stiff (5 min)and then add
25g whole egg powder
20g grated Parmesan cheese
10g coconut powder oil
12g buttermilk powder
1 scoop (6g) collagen powder
Bake at 320°F 20 minutes for the buns 33 minutes for the bread.
Vanilla protein cupcakes
3 eggs
Splash of vanilla
1 scoop leanfit vanilla whey protein
2 tbsp coconut flour
2 tbsp powdered swerve
Dash of salt
1 tsp baking powder
Combine all your ingredients in your bullet. Add to your muffin molds. Remember not to fill too high, because they rise. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350°F
Banana bread
3 bananas
3 eggs
1 tbsp butter
1 1/2 scoops vanilla whey protein
3 tbsp coconut flour
2 tbsp chocolate skinny syrup
1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener
Dash of salt and vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
Optional you can place keto chocolate chips on top
At 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes.

Ive got to stop fooling myself that i want to be totally carnivore. I cant believe how much you got done in a day and i hate how bad at prepping i am. I believe i could eat what you made every week. Need a stand mixer and a dehydrator and why havent i just gone and bought one? I have no idea. Your video impressed me and showed me that i have made so many things or similar things that you have made here, but not all, and i just need to get my crap together and do a day like this even every 2 weeks and I’d be laughing and not fall of the wagon so much. Thanks. Ps. No pressure but do you have a written step by step of this days prep? Haven’t read all of the description yet. I guess its there. Yes, i”ve had too much coffee. Lol
I find it is easier for me to stay on track when I plan everything out like this. Although this summer I have not been as good as prepping and managed to stay on track it definitely makes it easier when I do days like these.🤗

Love watching you throw recipes together! So fast! Question for you: does your bread and rolls shown in this video have that hard to swallow factor? I have trouble with that.
Thanks so much! Do you mean the buns or the cinnamon rolls? I know exactly what you mean about hard to swallow and these aren’t that bad because of the oil and butter milk, it gives it that little bit of extra fats so you’re not choking if that makes sense☺️
@@ketocarnivoreishcrys3446 I made the hamburger buns......looks like your, perfect in everyway. It wasn't a 'fail' recipe BUT I still have trouble swallowing. I was just wondering with the added items you put in (besides the butter powder) was the difference. I used the butter powder in my buns.
