Usually I'm just like "yeah that looks nice" but, no!. This time that truck really did pop, especially when you were showing that side angle. It was really looking good man.
That was the truck of choice of my 20s. That carpeted floor mat isn’t factory. That truck also originally had different seats also. Those seats are from a higher trim level model. Ford still offers a vinyl floor in a well equipped Super Duty, I was in a Lariat recently with leather console and panaromic roof and it had a vinyl floor. Nice job as usual Mitch.
Great job Mitch! It brought back memories of my 1994 GMC Sierra single cab that I bought for my 21st birthday and owned for 15 years. It had vinyl floors, bench seating and a ranch hand bumper. I only have one picture of it after I detailed it. I have it somewhere. 🤣
Looks like the upholstery on the door of this older vehicle is better quality than seats and carpet on newer vehicles. I like the C/K generation trucks. Taking the trash out at the end: now you're just showing off. ❤️
Just curious. Do ask people to leave all that stuff in their vehicles. If it was me my vehicle would have all that crap removed before it got to you. If i was detailing that would come at a cost. Dumpsters are not free and they are not free to be serviced as well. Just curious
Most detailers might be annoyed when they have to remove lots of extra personal stuff but it helps with content for Mitch the heavy dirt and debris isn't what takes the most time it's the carpet, fabric seats, and crevices that eats up the hours on the inside and the paint correcting on the exterior.
I have a 2002 GMC with vinyl floors, and it is the best thing ever. It's my woods truck, and even if I keep the rest of the interior clean, the floors get trashed with mud and dirt. The vinyl floors make clean up so easy. There is a reason tractors all have vinyl floors.
I first read the title as “I cleaned the SHIT out of this truck” and thought your were just super enthusiastic about what a great job you did, not cleaning actual feces from the truck 😂😂😂
It was nice to see bobby helping out by carrying all that junk to the dumpster. I knew that blue-green color would be beautiful when you were done with it. I have never considered the vinyl floors in those older trucks. Very much a good idea for easier cleaning. Those seats were amazing. Once cleaned, they looked as comfy as a living room chair. They really did not skimp on those materials. It's cool that the lift allowed you to clean so well under the truck. It's not RUBY, but it sure turned out well. I have watched the new Yard Geek video a couple of times. It sure is a fun channel. Thanks Mitch and have a wonderful weekend. 💜#MikeRules #MikeIsStillMyFavorite.

Hey there Detail Geek that actually do offer the vinyl flooring on new truck if u want to but mostly guys get on basic work truck or commercial vehicles specially
Yet another fantastic video -many congratulations (from Scotland)!! Point of order: Is there a wee continuity problem? You drive the vehicle into the studio through the open door (how else?). Quick cut to underneath shot as you drive over the camera. Then cut to the truck coming to a stop - but the door has closed. That is a very quick closing door. Could be wrong. Anyway, always looking forward to the next video.
Of course. If the door was open when I got out of the truck it would have messed with the audio as my neighbour was making a bunch of noise. Don’t think so hard about these things and it’ll be fine 😉

Mitch , there is an old saying in the detail business. You can't polish a turd ,but you can be glitter on it .I believe you have figured out a way to polish a turd! Did you replace the wiper blades ?
The Interior, the upholstery of the seats, and the vinyl carpet look good quality and with no damage to the 25-year-old truck. The windshields need replacement. The vinyl floors of the carpet work cleaning very smoothly. You are wise to have Bobby that dump heavy bag. I love that old vehicle and worth of the classic. Have a great weekend! 👏💪🚘❤️
Great job considering the age of the car. It appears to be in decent shape. Kinda like what I tell the doctor at my annual physical: As long as I’m still above ground and in decent shape I’m happy 😃.
Believe it or not but back in 1988 when i ordered my Chevy 1TON it was going to cost more for a rubber floor so i got carpet. When i replaced that with a 1997 F 350 the carpet delete saved just $97.00, but doing construction it was the best decision ever.
I feel that vehicles back then without being expensive or top trim had way better comfortable seats than now where theres barely any cushioning within the seats and if there are then its most if the time expensive or top trim
