In this video, Dr. Sakamoto, a regenerative medicine specialist, talks with Hideo Hashimoto, a former Japanese national soccer player (currently playing for FC Imabari).
After suffering from a long-standing knee injury, Hideo Hashimoto underwent stem cell therapy with Dr. Sakamoto. He had been receiving PRP therapy every few months during the playing season, but switched to stem cell therapy as he learned about it. What he was amazed at was that the stem cell therapy had an overwhelming effect compared to the PRP therapy.
