Danny, I recommend adding the bean sprout at the start of your meal when the broth is still super hot. It will enhance your pho greatly. I always load up on the bean sprouts when I order pho! After watching your video, I’m craving for a large bowl of beef pho including meat balls.

You did great by tasting the bowl of pho in its "natural stage" at the beginning but you need to add the veggies and sauces after that to the bowl ...they enhance the true intended flavor.

This place is very generous with their portions. Good for people on a budget. It’s like 2 meals in 1 thanks Danny! It’s not bad, I usually go to Viet Noodle Bar. 😀👍🏽

This place is always busy during normal hours… but SOOO worth the wait.
It was awesome when Lee's was open 24/7… we would go to Pho Kim Long then grab a Banh mi to go for the next day.

I can see why Danny don't include the bean sprouts, but I like to put in the basil and lime. To each their own, I guess.
I cant eat pho without the bean sprouts, and it cant be dump in hot water either , got to be fresh and crunchy.
You can ask for a side of rice and add it to the soup for a more hearty dish. Occasionally I do it and later found out that some Vietnamese people do it too.

What the pho! I think I saw Shaq in the background. You should have taken a picture with him. Just like Shaq always trying to get in front of the camera. DTM loves bean sprouts only when not enough noodles.
Danny, I think you really liked "Yuuet Nam Nui" if you went to Ho Chi Min City with her, or you just like women name Christine. Seems like Yuuet Nam Nui taught you well with your egg roll knowledge and how to eat pho properly with the way you use the sauces.
That was a big bowl of noodles. I would've dumped all the vegetables in the bowl too. Looks good tho.

I checked the menu of the Pho Kim Long and a whole duck is $30 and a whole chicken is $25. Think you might go for that in the future?
you have to order the fat "nuoc be'o" if you want it. in america we're trying to stay health, so they don't automatically put it in your bowl. same thing as the chicken eggroll, it's cater to american taste. ask for pickled onion for your pho next time

The correct pronunciation is fah, not foh. People may know what you mean when you say foh, but it is still incorrect.
