This is so weird because the card I need to add to my wallet it doesn’t pop up when I press the card but the other two cards I can add to my wallet I don’t get it. Can you add the card to your wallet with a pass on there or no

Anyone knows what happens if I switch phones? Can the digital Ventra card be transferred over? Or do I need to jump through a bunch of hoops to transfer the balance over to a NEW card?
Okay, now Im having trouble adding fare to my card - the card is on my phone but now it says ventra card is not on any advice , & won’t let me add money to it, it’s grey now on the app instead of blue & im concerned now it probably won’t work once I’m on the bus
Just a theory, butt what if once on your Apple Pay feature, it’s linked to your Credit/debit card and so you won’t need to add fare cuz it basically has the same amount you have on your regular credit/debit card account, idk if that makes sense 😂
@@DEL-ik6fb i have the Ventra card app and my debit card is linked so i can just add fare that way. Would that still work after I’ve linked my Ventra card to my iPhone wallet?

UPDATE: it took 24 hours for card to activate again, it won’t work right away when you link the card to your phone so be ware! Lol
