I really like that Belfast design, not over complicated, but the packaging leaves a lot to be desired. The designs on the new £5 coins are going to include what I said, but I also expect the designs to be the exact same as the old round £1 designs, if we are going on the past designs the RM used for the previous 2 years. Thank you for the shout out.😊 I got my coloured version of Rumble on the Rock for 5.00 from Crawley Coins in a sale. It was reduced from 15.00. I have coloured version of RNLI 50p. I am not happy with Royal Mint cardboard envelopes. They have a fold so postie can get it in letterbox. However, one of my coins inside packaging got creased when Royal Mail folded it to get in the letterbox. On this occasion I was inside the house and would of preferred the postie to ring my doorbell. Rant over. 😂😂

Must admit I thought there would be a bit more info on the inner gatefolds, but some of the text is like looking at a blueprint, and doesn't stand out very well.
Really cheap stuff if it creates holes like that. I suspect it was done by whoever packed the coin into the covering in the first place, as the cardboard packaging it came in was quite strong. Have a great Christmas 2Cap 🎄🎁

Wham have been at No.1 for 2 weeks this year, but the date has been showing as 19th December since week 1 (unless they've changed it since) - (I've looked and they haven't). I presume you mean the designs on the Annual set, and not what coins (as I mentioned those last week), but I hear the sets have gone up to £75 from £69, probably expected.

My thoughts exactly! I did propose a coin to mark 70 years since the death of Alexander Fleming (11th March 1955) who discovered penicillin. The RM thanked me for my input, but we get Harry Potter instead? 🤷🏻♂ I've received your email and replied.
I am still waiting for my HMS Belfast to be delivered. A nicely designed coin indeed. I wouldn't expect much from the next two HP coins, unfortunately. I think it may be the worst-looking set ever 😂😂😂

Great stuff, I do like the HMS Belfast.
A very good design which is easy to see, not cluttered, and uses the correct amount of coin space. Going to be a favourite of many I feel.

If their packaging needs constant replacement then it defeats the purpose of using it and therefore should use the original packaging 🧐
