I'm a general contractor in Philadelphia and I've been in the trades for over 30 years. I came across this video and it's nice work. You're doing important work for our city...As a remodeling contractor since the 80's here; It's only after years you start to see the links to the community...From the suppliers to the tradespeople and the rest of the downstream, a lot of lives get impacted. Good health and may you always have zero item punch lists...:)... Stay lean. Watch the pennies, and the dollars will take care of themselves...:)
