I’ve been using the titanium slim version of this since Christmas as my daily wallet and love it. Perfect for what I want/need. Excellent and well worth it. NOTE: I’ve added a little elastic look around the spring plate and I can carry folder cash no problem. Prefer it over the Ridge which I had for 8+ years.
I love your products I have 4 different versions of the RUK but I didn't support the campaign when it came out, because I don't like metal or plastic, I like leather wallets or the KAMINO card wallet.
I have to say, it is pretty cool. I've always had a "retail therapy" side of me, so this more than takes care of it. There are many wallets I can't wait to get in hand to see how they were built and how they work.
You were too kind on the usability score. A wallet that requires the FULL compliment of cards in it so that none fall out...ehhh...not that usable. Would have given it a 2 at best
A little bit "more expensive" for my taste, and it's SUPER minimalist to "card only" - for a guy like me that sometimes carry cash and other stuff, it's a hard pass. I still have the Slimpuro ZNAP from one of your recs about over a year ago, and the Gil-Tek in this video is basically a stripped-down version of that one minus the attached billfold of the ZNAP. Another expensive comparison to that one-piece is the XSTO - but again, it has a hidden cash "pocket already built-in. And to think; the Gil-Tek is more expensive - but with LESS features than the ZNAP and the XSTO in comparison (even though Akeeni already RAISED the price on their wallet to $67). Good review, but that's one of the few wallets that make me leery of buying something that is reminiscent of a thin belt buckle that's been turned into a "wallet".
Wha-?? Haven't you been saying since the beginning of your channel that concerns over RFID skimming were overblown and protection was unnecessary??? And yet you're not selling RFID protection cards? Why the change?
What Mark meant was concern over RFID theft should not be beyond the extent of compromising a wallet build quality for example to make a protected RFID wallet, a wallet producer will altered leather lining or thickness just to accommodate the installation of RFID fabric.
mark just objects to the rfid blocking material being made into the wallet, adding thickness and bulk. he has no objections against adding a blocking card (should you choose to use it). and yes, concerns are overblown, but if you are still not convinced, you can add a card. here, there's a choice. with the material built in, you don't have a choice.
Quality of 5? Damn The fact that you can't even carry less than near max, not even cash means an instant pass for me I can imagine this piece of metal snagging to parts of my pocket when trying to take it out, ugh
even with as many as 6 cards of 8 to 9, the cards are not secured. and for $75.00...just NO. even the decadent (12 card version) can be used for 1 card and it would not fall out.
Not for $75, thank you very much.
The XSTOW is much clever in design and can accommodate folded cash and bc too..
For a metal wallet, I'd choose the xsto - cards don't fall out if under capacity and can store 8 bills. Cheaper too.
My mindset as well. Wallet looks boring.
I have universal hook I want you to review. Holds hats coats shirts pants..anything and it's only 50.00. *mails a nail*

Hello How much did you buy the raw V2 titanium version for? I found it for around 160 dollars but I find it very expensive

... It must be Christmas everyday at your house Mark waiting for all the wallets you buy to be delivered ready for there reviews pal. 👏

"Thin belt buckle..." nice comparison, I never thought of that. 😀
whats the music at 1:24
Id get the trayvax summit cheaper and holds cash
Decadent minimalist wallet is better, I have one, great product
I really like the Decandent over this wallet too.
same type of wallet on aliexpress for $2 - $8
Wha-??

I just don’t get the appeal of having a chunk of metal in your pocket. I never understood the metal wallets. To each their own I guess
I was intrigued until I heard the price
That is some ridiculously expensive rubber band
Quality of 5? Damn
The fact that you can't even carry less than near max, not even cash means an instant pass for me
I can imagine this piece of metal snagging to parts of my pocket when trying to take it out, ugh
Doesn’t snag at all. I keep mine in my front pocket (mostly) with my EDC pocket slip and no issue whatsoever.
No rough spots on the wallet, construction is very good.
Doesn't hold cash then it is a card holder not a wallet
Doesn't hold cards either so at best it's a 75$ piece of junk
75$ for a single Al piece is just too much.

Big ole NO!
$75 and quality a 5?? Oof, no
I'd understand if it was at the very least simple and efficient to use, but what a piece of junk. It's ugly, overpriced and not even practical
Terriable
Hard pass.
sharp hard edge metal wallet. that constantly falls out if u dont have enough cards. its just a glorified badge holder.
