I always feel Ravenclaw's characterizations gets boxed into the academics and the whole, being wise. Ravenclaw are those who are curious about the world, those who thinks outside the box, those who strive to just gain as much knowledge as they can throughout their lives. That might mean someone who goes into academics but it could also be the chef who travels and experiments who ingredients and food combinations or the animal lover who goes into the wild and study animals firsthand or the field journalist/photographers. It's basically people who has that deep desire in them to just understand the world around them better.
Yes! Thank you! Even having an appreciation for "learning" (as in "those of wit and learning") doesn't necessarily mean in a classroom. It could be someone who's decided they can't learn from someone else's stories, they have to go out and experience things to learn what is like for themselves. Excellent comment! 💙
Exactly! I always get Ravenclaw, and I'm not too much of an academic, I just tend to love learning and growth for the sake of knowing, for the sake of the sharing and the revelation of deep truths. I quite love that side of Ravenclaw house.

It's actually very cute what they got: Ben thinks of J as intelligent and wise, and J thinks of Ben as brave and outgoing, and they seem to admire each other for these traits :) very cute!
Ben just seems so pure of heart that I always think of him as a Hufflepuff. J seems very clever but in a more cunning way so I think of him as a Slytherin! I think the way you lose ‘J vs Ben’ (J gets frustrated but Ben takes being the underdog well) affirms this 😂
Exactly J is determined to win using all his resources (knowledge) in clever ways because while he may not know the answer he will certainly try to single out the wrong answers
J will also say even if he isn’t close to the answer that we all knew he was right and what he meant. And this is why Ben is a God and even the one J fan loves ben
But I don't think he's a Hufflepuff because to a large extent he values using his abilities quite a bit. It's more important to him than just being nice to people
@@achyuththouta6957 You could value your abilities a lot and still belong in Huffelpuf in my opinion . It's more to do with how much you want to be morally good and accepted. I'm a Huffelpuff and I spend loads of time on drawing, painting, playing piano and other skills, but I would give everything up in order to be accepted by my friends as well as to do good or to be useful to others.

The books have so many details that are hinted at in one book and picked up again later. MANY of us (as you see from the comments)are a little envious that you are beginning this journey fresh, AND WHAT A JOURNEY IT IS!!!
I think it would also be interesting if they sort themselves while the other sorts them. That way you know Ben sorts himself in A but J puts him into B :D
Funny enough that feels like the most Hufflepuff answer Like Hufflepuff, Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw would be the order of most to least likely to say that 😂
My husband and I just did this- we took the quiz for each other, talking thru our logic and answers while the other watched (silent!) Then discussed after the results. I got my husband in Gryffindor, accurate. He got me in Ravenclaw, accurate! We both answered the questions almost 100% accurate to what the other would have said. 😃
My boyfriend is refusing to take the tests, because he hates tests lol. He hates them so much that he even refuse to let me take it for him. I mean, do I even need to take the test for him to find out he's a Gryffindor? He is also crazy about fire and I think he fits the perfect stereotypical criteria for being a Gryffindor lol.
To be honest this makes a lot of sense though! Sometimes others knows you better than you do on your own, which is what I feel like the sorting hat adds to the sorting
I was thinking of doing the same thing with my husband, but don't know if he would want to take the test. I don't know if he's even taken the test before we just both knows he's Gryffindor...
I like that you did the test together because it shows that not only that you not know each other very well but there you have a great amount of trust in one another
I’ve said this in one of my Harry Potter groups: you shouldn’t have to be tight cast into the house you’re in; you should be allowed to be a caring slytherin, a wise gryffindor, a daring hufflepuff, a cunning ravenclaw Look at Luna who broke the mold as a raven, Neville who broke the mold as a lion, slughorn who broke the mold as a snake, tonks and Cedric both who broke the mold as a badger.
Well that was very suprising and insightful. Also J always feels for me like a Slytherin during the quizes - he always must be right 😂. And Ben... Ben is a full hatstall
Always being right sounds like a very Ravenclaw Trait to me. I mean, they ARE the House of Wisdom, known for being the smartest people in the school. Also, I believe this trait, aside from her raw intelligence, is the reason Hermione was considered, by The Sorting Hat, for Ravenclaw during The Sorting.
Watching you all do this the past few years has me thinking about how interesting it would be if the students at hogwarts were resorted every year. I think it’d be a fair assessment to repeat when considering how quickly we change and grow during that period of our lives. I think the concept brings up a lot of interesting ideas.
I've seen Ben as a Ravenclaw for the longest! Honestly, I think J can be whatever horse he wants, he has traits from all 4! (I guess Ben does too, but his Ravenclaw moments stick out so strong to me.)
I thinks it's sweet, Ben always seems to see J as his smart big brother and J always seems to see Ben as his brave little brother and they are both more alike then they think.
I agree with Ben, I think Ravenclaws and Gryffindors can have a lot of respect for each other, both of them have more intrinsic than extrinsic motivations, whereas Slytherin and Hufflepuff are the opposite.
@@silversamurai0267 See, it's the opposite for me. Two of my closest friends are Slytherins (although one is much more of a Gryffindor / Slytherin hybrid, so...yeah). My other closest friend is a Hufflepuff. Straight up Gryffindors tend to be the ones I get along with least, because they're usually very brash, in-your-face, arrogant people. At least in my experience
@@cyb3ar897 Honestly, I think my dad is an exception because he's also a Horned Serpent with Ilvermorny. So, to sum him up... a Brave and Chivalrous (sometimes brash) Scholar. Which honestly fits him to a T. I think that's why I get along with him so well. He's the most ravenclaw person I know, without actually being a ravenclaw. Other than him, I don't really have many Gryffindor friends. (I can think of maybe two.) The rest are mostly Slytherin, followed by Hufflepuffs.
This is the most big brother and little brother I have ever seen you two be and it’s the sweetest thing! J sees his little brother as bold, daring, and genuinely good and Ben sees his big brother as wise, witty and though he sees J as great he knows that J has a humbleness. Very middle child and oldest child too. Perspective taking is amazing. Also (loosely paraphrasing) when Ben is like “I was afraid to disappoint you” and J is like “You couldn’t possibly disappoint me.” All of the feels!
So I paid the math budget… and here are the numbers: In 2021, there were 24 games of J vs Ben. J won 16 games Ben won 5 games 3 games ended in a tie J scored 230 total points Ben scored 191 total points (This is without counting the “Most Expensive Disney Artifacts” video, where they used percentages) Which means J outscored Ben by 39 total points last year Which also also actually actually means that J outscored Ben by 1.7 points a game on average Ben got his first win on April 1st, in “Hardest Harry Potter Magical Objects Trivia Quiz” He went on a win streak when he started wearing the glasses on July 22, beating J three times in a row. After those 3 games, however, he went 0-6 whilst donning glasses. In Harry Potter Trivia specifically, the score is 10-3-1 in favor of J. The most viewed J vs Ben video was the Harry Potter redemption quiz, with 287,850 views, which J won 10.5-6.5. The win tied J’s largest margin of victory at 4, along with the “Hardest Loki Trivia Quiz”, which he won 13-9. Ben’s biggest win was in the “Hardest Pixar Movie Trivia Quiz”, which he won by 4, 8-4. Congrats on the great year, enjoy the stats and go have an awesome 2022!
I was sorted as a Slytherin since 2017 and have seen myself as one ever since. However, much like Ben, with the way the world in whole has changed, my priorities had shifted as well and I felt the furthest from the green and silver. I retook the sorting test and found myself as a Griffindor. A shock at first but a welcomed one! Let's go for the Red and Gold!
As someone who has watched this channel for a LONG time, this was so cool to see how they really feel about each other like in the real world. It makes me want to meet you guys even more!!
Placing my bets now, 2:40 into the video: Ben will be Hufflepuff, and J will be Ravenclaw edit: nicely done! Ben does fit the Gryffindor bill now that I think about it. it would also be interesting to have seen you two add on what you would’ve answered so that on the questions that you shared, you could see if the other brother answered “correctly” or not. but great video as always!
I took the official quiz when pottermore first launched and got hufflepuff multiple times. Fast forward to my mid to late 20s and all I get is gryffindor. However, I'll always be a puff in my heart.
@@joekaput747 No we're not. Old people wouldn't be Slytherins at all because the last thing on their minds is to conquer the world. They simply lack the mental and physical energy and motivation to do something
I LOVE this take on the re-sorting! It’s so nice to hear you guys talk so highly of each other, it makes my heart happy🥰 Your dynamic is what makes your channel so wholesome. Happy New Year guys!!
It’s so cool to hear them choose the ones I would never choose….Like I was like definitely “change my appearance” and “talk to animals” maybe “change the past” but never the others
It would be cool to see you do the full version of the quiz online (with all possible questions from the randomized pottermore quiz) because it’s the whole picture and gives you percent breakdowns of each house based on your answers
Yes!!!! This is the quizz I take each year and I find it much more accurate. My friend houses keep changing according to the questions she gets on pottermore, like if she get many questions relating to water she will get sorted into slytherin which is not her primary house at all.
I got out of this how much you guys admire and respect one another. I’m always Griffindor but I think I, like most others, am sprinkled with elements of each. ❤️
I need to hear your professional, experienced theories on a particular topic. Voldemort lost his body when he tried to kill baby Harry and blew up the Potter's house. We know that Sirius Black and Hagrid were at the house, probably first, since Hagrid is the one who pulled Harry from the rubble. I'm sure the Ministry was all over the house pretty soon as well. So my question is this: How did Wormtail acquire Voldemort's original phoenix feather wand to return to Voldemort at the end of book three, beginning of book four? Where had the wand been those 12 years? If the ministry or Dumbledore had it, how did Wormtail steal it back, or even know to do so? And I somehow refuse to believe the wand was just sitting in the ruined house for 12 years. I need to know!
Hmm... well later on they show Snape showing up first & cradling Lily's body. But... tbh I'm thinking at least a few Deatheaters showed up at the Potter's hideout with Voldemort. OR maybe Peter came with to show him where they were hiding at, grabbed the wand & ran off afterwards? 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ I feel like that would make the most sense... but I'm interested to hear other theories as well.
I love how consistent the results of the sorting quiz has remained over the years despite the complete change of layout and questions. I just wish the Patronus quiz was as accurate because I’ve never gotten the same or even a similar animal to what I’ve gotten in previous attempts. But I feel like you’re more likely to belong to a different house than you are to have a change of spirit animal when only taking personal growth into consideration
I think ben is a ravenclaw because he seems interested in everything like he wants to know a lot (like j sad have deep conversations with the ghosts) and j would be a ravenclaw in my opinion :)
30:51-This feels like a very Ravenclaw thing to say actually. Ravenclaw does not just have to do with intelligence, but creativity, I am a very strong Ravenclaw and practically all I do is hyper fixate on finding out random information. It’s the curiosity and the creativity, not necessarily the book smarts.
So true that we change houses as we are going through different things. Five members in the household retook the test in December, only 1 of us stayed same (still a Ravenclaw as of now). Very interesting to here that Jordan seems to be turning more Slytherin (who knew right).
I always associated myself with Ravenclaw, and that is what I always get on the Sorting, but I have felt like I have some aspects of the other Houses lately. I like to think that makes me well rounded haha
I know you both were originally Slytherin but this feels more accurate to me! Based on this channel as well as the pop and Insta, Ben seems to like doing activities like lifting which give off Gryffindor vibes. Like J mentioned Ben seems very much like a go getter, building an indoor gym, learning to bake macaroons (which is time consuming), chopping wood, etc. J is thoughtful when it comes to answering all of Ben’s deep questions on the pop and creative when it comes to theories and studying fandoms. Also like Ben said J is into strategy games like chess or Pokémon. I think you two fit well into these houses :) Plus I’m a Ravenclaw so welcome to the club J!
Oh my gosh my whole world was ROCKED when I resorted myself before watching this video. I’ve solidly been sorted into Ravenclaw since before pottermore where we had to use quiz sites and in the last few years I’ve been sorted into hufflepuff twice. Last night I was sorted into GRYFFINDOR! TWICE! Definitely having a hard time with it.
That was a lot of fun to watch, knowing where each of you want to be placed and seeing the answers diminish that prospect. And I think it's a very fair assessment. As an aside; J, "The game is THE foot." ?! - That's hysterical!
I got sorted into Ravenclaw. I was previously a Gryffindor when I took the quiz back when it was on Pottermore. I think it would be interesting to have an Ilvermorny sorting on Wizarding World to compare and contrast with Hogwarts.
I've been taking the test every year for a few years now and I'm so glad that I've always been in Ravenclaw! If something as "Subhouses" were a thing, I think mine would be Slytherin though! Anyway, your houses this year fit you both so much better than Slytherin imo!
Ooooo this has some series potential!! Like Beth and Alice take the quiz for the boys, or their parents do the quiz for them, different people in the office, or could even do polls and let patreon vote
I actually “resorted” early on. I hadn’t taken the official quiz, but I was so sure I was a Hufflepuff. Then I took the quiz, got Ravenclaw, and haven’t looked back.
ive resorted multiple times, and even though i self identify as slytherin, i think ive only got it once by test and now i genuinely think im convincing myself to stick with that bc i have too much merch for it already
I love this concept because it shows what you value in one another rather than what you value in yourselves. Ben values J's wisdom as an older brother and J values Ben's courage. Great start to the new year!
I’m always between Ravenclaw and Slytherin; but when I ask non-HP friends just based on the values of the houses, they always put me in Ravenclaw. Still, green is my favorite color so I love the Slytherin merch.
This was sooo cool to see!!! It would've been cool to see the other person sitting there silent (maybe a sheet between so the person taking the uiz couldn't look at it!) just so we could see how it lines up if the questions are accurate or not and then the discussion at the end could be about things they chose differently! I also really want to see Alyce sort Ben and Beth sort J because I think that would be so cool!!! while also being in the same room w/ a sheet in between or something bc I think having the person watch would be good and to hear their thoughts in real time!
I just finished the quiz, praying for Hufflepuff. Once again, I am sporting *Gold and Scarlet* This was a great video to watch. Love it! I was expecting Ben to be Slytherin. Have either of you discover your wands yet?

They are awesome, badass and look at Nymphadora Tonks! She literally gave birth and went to battle deatheaters! Can any other house say that? No! Hufflepuffs are awesome! They're like honeybees! Hufflepuff is not the "rejected house" Hufflepuffs are the house that doesn't care what others think as they are accepting of everyone. They love everyone, but their trust has to be earned. They are badasses in adorable shells! *SO DON'T YOU EVER CALL HUFFLEPUFF THE REJECTED HOUSE AGAIN*
@@lunahix4815 lol the sorting hat said they were rejects 😂 Said Slytherin, "We'll teach just those whose ancestry is purest." Said Ravenclaw, "We'll teach those whose intelligence is surest." Said Gryffindor, "We'll teach those with brave deeds to their name." Said Hufflepuff, "I'll teach the lot, and treat them just the same. Basically if you don't fit in with the other houses then you go to hufflepuff. Very charitable of Helga to accept the students no one else wanted.
I've always preferred to self-sort than to take a quiz, personally. Not that I'm dissing the quiz at all, but as long as you understand yourself, and you understand the houses decently well (better than just their baseline stereotypes), then you should be able to tell with solid accuracy. And it's fun to consider the values of each and which you do and don't possess. For example, I've always valued both intelligence and kindness in myself and in others, with the latter being the stronger one. (Ben's comment about people getting along at the cost of doing things "wrong" was fun to introspect over, and I came out of it agreeing with him really strongly) But I also miss out on a lot of the other Hufflepuff traits such as diligence and work ethic, so I'm not exactly a strong contender for it. Ravenclaw, meanwhile, has its own form of kindness in its trait list: Acceptance. And when you go into detail on the differences between Hufflepuff's brand of kindness and Ravenclaw's acceptance of others, I empathize much more strongly with the latter. I always strive to keep an open mind and fully understand the people around me, both the people I get along with and those I don't. In fact, in typing this out, I wonder if that's perhaps the reason I so much prefer playing Sorting Hat myself. Lord knows I had an absolute blast sorting all my story's characters into Hogwarts houses. ....which then scaled out of control into an entire Harry Potter AU starring those characters....but that's neither here nor there. The point is.....well, there's kind of no point I'm trying to make. Just sharing my experiences with a fanbase of awesome people, and listening to the experiences they choose to share back.
Just watching Ben's mental gymnastics during this video I'd say he for sure belongs in Ravenclaw. Also, for the fifth time now I got Syltherin which, for me, makes since.
I don’t think they should do it. Everyone who canonically is in their house do belong there or we just have an fandom impression what the houses even are. They always use examples for characters from books too, and when someone doesn’t fit its actually interesting and gives more info for the houses. Or at least who the people were at 11. Like Dumbledore said “sometimes we sort too soon”.
I feel that J leans towards Ravenclaw the most. Especially when taking the quizzes. But the thing that sells it the most is his way of solving the “honey” issue. Ben, on the other hand, is more of a Hufflepuff to me. He just seems to have all the qualities that people in that house possess: good natured, hard working, and especially loyalty.
When I was younger I always got Hufflepuff then later in life when I got more mature I always got and still get Gryffindor. When I think of Harry Potter characters I relate a lot to Neville so I guess it makes sense. I do think I act mostly like a Gryffindor so I agree with it.
I’ve always been a Slytherin and after watching this video, decided to resort myself. I am apparently now a Hufflepuff?? 😳 was not expecting that at all. Don’t know how I feel about it - may need to buy new stuff…
But he does lean on Slytherin traits (ambition, resourcefulness, determination, and cleverness). Like in J vs Ben when J gets stuck on an answer he is always determined to get it right by drawing upon his resource of knowledge and uses it in a clever way to get to the answer. As for ambition I think that speaks for itself with all J and Ben have done with SCB, Carlin Brothers Coffee, The Pop, etc. However there is enough to argue Ravenclaw as well Edit: honestly thought you meant J because Ben doesn’t seem like a Ravenclaw and while he may admire the traits commonly shown by Ravenclaws I also feel like he admires the traits that all the other houses possess equally (very Hufflepuff to me)
I was definitely a Slytherin girl, and very very proud but it lasted only my teenage years... When I started university at 19 I became very Gryffindor in kind of the reckless, bold and impulsive behavior, putting life experiences over everything else... but since then I think I've become a very Hufflepuff person. And I think i have never been happier. But nevertheless, I think I can see the 3 houses very within me every day. It is strange how we can change and develop and fit in different houses through the years.
Feels like there is gonna be a rumble. "Why does Titus have a bat?" - Christopher Titus Also, trumpet can be quite pleasing if the person playing it knows what they're doing
In the abstract, a river is usually seen as a symbol of embracing change where trees represent rigidity or depth. But this has nothing to do with Ben. He just loves woodworking and that was the only thing J’s answer was based on. X)
The way I see it is the forest is dark and mysterious with obvious danger requiring bravery and determination to choose it as it is a difficult but potentially rewarding path. The river is easier and the potentially more intelligent choice as it is clear of obstacles and typically downhill. It also will usually lead to civilization if you are lost. In my mind, forest is Gryffindor and Slytherin as it requires bravery and ambition and river is Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff as the easier and smarter.
River always make me think about scary wild waters where you could drown in so i pick forest. But reading this makes me think i picked forest for the wrong reason HAHA. Still picking forest though
It's interesting Ben said "5 owls but there's 4 houses," when a breakdown of the quiz results shows that picking an owl gives you a % boost in only 2 houses
I usually love Ben's deep thoughts on things but this one got on my nerves. You're not supposed to sit there and think "oh this one is Slytherin. This one is Ravenclaw." You should read the question as it is and respond as honestly as possible. Trying to figure out what the answers will lead you to compromises the validity of the quiz.
That’s exactly what they did. They pointed out what they thought each answer could represent, but they chose the response they thought was the best fit regardless. Besides, it’s all speculation anyway. We have no idea how the responses are actually weighted or analyzed.
@@JoshuaWillis89 Most of the time, J tried to answer what he felt Ben would choose. On the other hand, I felt Ben mostly analyzed the answers and guessed what house each answer was going to give him instead of accurately answering the question.
I called it!:) Ben clearly gives Gryffindor energy to me with a pinch of Hufflepuff. Jay is so Ravenclaw...mixed with a chunk of Slytherin. How we see ourselves isn't always how we present outward, which this video shows so well. Myself, I'm a Gryffindor but realised that I also could fit in Ravenclaw. Since I'm a curious soul that moves around lot to see new places, and dares to take difficult challenges head on. I also love to study...now working as a PhD student in marine biology in the Arctic.
Its amazing how they easily compliment each other. I mean, me and my sister are really close but we both can’t compliment each other with a straight face.
Happy New Year! I have resorted myself before when the updates came out. First I was a Slytherin on Pottermore, then I was a Hufflepuff on Pottermore, and then when it changed to Wizarding World, two consecutive times I got sorted into Ravenclaw. I will say I can see the progression of how I've grown since the first sorting... I started off very angry, holding grudges, and being verbally aggressive towards people, then I grew into someone who put loyalty above everything else, and finally I grew into a person who put independence and intelligence above everything else. I sorted late last year and was sorted again into Ravenclaw and I agree with that. Unlike some people, I don't think it's wrong to resort yourself as you grow up and learn from past mistakes.
I have so many ideas for continuing this series. Alyce and Beth taking the quizzes for J and Ben; Luke, Nick, Nate, and Addison taking the quizzes for their dads (or maybe even *both* their SuperCarlinParents); the SuperCarlinStaff taking this for J and Ben; the SuperCarlinStaff taking this *for each other*; the options are practically endless (if we wait a few years for kiddos to grow up and all.)
You guys have to do this ultimate sorting hat quiz. You get a breakdown of % of each house you are. Hufflepuff griffindor ravinclaw and my least is synthren.

"I would prioritize people getting along, than being right". Profound quote from the new gryffindor.
Funny enough that feels like the most Hufflepuff answer
Like
Hufflepuff, Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw would be the order of most to least likely to say that 😂
I’ve been sorted into several houses, but I’m sticking with the canon of “what house you got at 11 sticks forever” and therefore I am hufflepuff
next year you should bring the wifes in to do the quiz for yall
I also feel like having the SuperCarlin *staff* do this would be so interesting to watch if they were up for it!
ooo that'd be fun!!
I like that you did the test together because it shows that not only that you not know each other very well but there you have a great amount of trust in one another
Haha you know each other so well!
Speaking as a Ravenclaw house member, welcome to our house J!!! We’re happy to have you!!
I’ve said this in one of my Harry Potter groups: you shouldn’t have to be tight cast into the house you’re in; you should be allowed to be a caring slytherin, a wise gryffindor, a daring hufflepuff, a cunning ravenclaw
Look at Luna who broke the mold as a raven, Neville who broke the mold as a lion, slughorn who broke the mold as a snake, tonks and Cedric both who broke the mold as a badger.
The game is the foot? 🤣😂 The game is afoot! 🤣😂🤣 Love you guys!!!!
@@ForeverDegenerate hmm thats true. I can see that for Slytherin too tho - they are determined and J is definitly determined to always win the quiz
Ben is a ravenclaw. He's interested in knowledge for its own sake
Watching you all do this the past few years has me thinking about how interesting it would be if the students at hogwarts were resorted every year. I think it’d be a fair assessment to repeat when considering how quickly we change and grow during that period of our lives. I think the concept brings up a lot of interesting ideas.
Yup. After an eternity of being a proud Slytherin, I got resorted as a Gryffindor! And no one took the test for me lol
Clearly, Ben is between Hufflepuff and Gryffondor, while J is between Slytherin and Rawenclaw.
Gryffinpuff and Slytherclaw!
I always see J as a ravenclaw 💙
Rawenclaw best house
I've seen Ben as a Ravenclaw for the longest! Honestly, I think J can be whatever horse he wants, he has traits from all 4! (I guess Ben does too, but his Ravenclaw moments stick out so strong to me.)
Agreed.
I agree. I'm a Hufflepuff and my sister's a Slytherin. I totally agree with this
As a Ravenclaw, I get along REALLY well with my Gryffindor dad. But things get rocky when it comes to my Slytherin mom and Hufflepuff sister...
Hello, Ravenclaw here. Gryffindor is actually the house we get along with the least
This feels so right! I’ve never understood why you two were so happy to be in Slytherin lol 😂
So I paid the math budget… and here are the numbers:
In 2021, there were 24 games of J vs Ben.
J won 16 games
Ben won 5 games
3 games ended in a tie
J scored 230 total points
Ben scored 191 total points
(This is without counting the “Most Expensive Disney Artifacts” video, where they used percentages)
Which means J outscored Ben by 39 total points last year
Which also also actually actually means that J outscored Ben by 1.7 points a game on average
Ben got his first win on April 1st, in “Hardest Harry Potter Magical Objects Trivia Quiz”
He went on a win streak when he started wearing the glasses on July 22, beating J three times in a row.
LOL this was amazing, thanks for taking one for the team 😜
The real question is did J increase his fan base to 2?
@@Acromion11 That is a good question. I’m a big fan of Ben myself, but I think J’s done enough to get that second fan finally 😂
@@Thatchdawg4 haha, I'm also Ben squad all the way
o.o
Ben is a Hufflepuff and J is a Ravenclaw, you can't change my mind.
The way Ben says he would rather see people get along than be right says it all. Puff to the bone.
Placing my bets now, 2:40 into the video: Ben will be Hufflepuff, and J will be Ravenclaw
edit: nicely done! Ben does fit the Gryffindor bill now that I think about it. it would also be interesting to have seen you two add on what you would’ve answered so that on the questions that you shared, you could see if the other brother answered “correctly” or not. but great video as always!
Ben’s out here concocting plans to try and make us think that he isn’t a Ravenclaw.
I took the official quiz when pottermore first launched and got hufflepuff multiple times. Fast forward to my mid to late 20s and all I get is gryffindor. However, I'll always be a puff in my heart.
Then in your thirties it will be Ravenclaw and forties will be Slytherin

I took one of these recently and felt that my results were much more accurate
Where can we find this one @Olivia Grayson
I also would like to know where to find this one.
Yesss!!! That way results don’t depend on the questions you happen to get!
Ben channeling his inner Michael Scott, apparently the game is the foot 🤣
I got out of this how much you guys admire and respect one another. I’m always Griffindor but I think I, like most others, am sprinkled with elements of each. ❤️
If J reps Ravenclaw all year, that’ll really increase visibility of the Bronze.
Yes; #bringbackthebroze (remember that video?)
Excellent question!! Worth considering in some detail, I'd say!
This is the perfect addition to an already perfect series
I think ben is a ravenclaw because he seems interested in everything like he wants to know a lot (like j sad have deep conversations with the ghosts) and j would be a ravenclaw in my opinion :)
30:51-This feels like a very Ravenclaw thing to say actually. Ravenclaw does not just have to do with intelligence, but creativity, I am a very strong Ravenclaw and practically all I do is hyper fixate on finding out random information. It’s the curiosity and the creativity, not necessarily the book smarts.
Ben's a Hufflepuff 100% calling it 😂
I was wrong 😂
I've have always identified as Slytherin, but I feel more and more like a Hufflepuff as I get older.
These results are exactly where I’ve always thought Ben and J belong!
So true that we change houses as we are going through different things. Five members in the household retook the test in December, only 1 of us stayed same (still a Ravenclaw as of now). Very interesting to here that Jordan seems to be turning more Slytherin (who knew right).
Why do I feel like it's going to be an ongoing thing of who gets to the honey first.
I always associated myself with Ravenclaw, and that is what I always get on the Sorting, but I have felt like I have some aspects of the other Houses lately. I like to think that makes me well rounded haha
Sorting is all about what you value. Everyone has a little bit of everything, but what you value most is what's important
Ahhh so excited for this, I was hoping you guys would do another one of these 😊
That was a lot of fun to watch, knowing where each of you want to be placed and seeing the answers diminish that prospect.
Got on RUclips at the perfect time lol. This is my favorite channel I'm going through withdrawals 🤣🤣
You guys need to get each others patronuses now. I loved this so much!
ive resorted multiple times, and even though i self identify as slytherin, i think ive only got it once by test and now i genuinely think im convincing myself to stick with that bc i have too much merch for it already
Once again, I am sporting *Gold and Scarlet*
This was a great video to watch. Love it! I was expecting Ben to be Slytherin. Have either of you discover your wands yet?
Same here, literally 5 minutes ago. Feeling Huffy and Puffy, but alas I’m also sporting gold and scarlet.
Why Hufflepuff? Isn't that the reject house?
@@talea9593
Hufflepuff isn't the "Rejected House" Hufflepuffs are the kind of people who will stand up for the things and people that they love and care for and appreciate! Not to mention that Honey Badgers are capable of fighting six lions, they eat snakes and they steal the eggs of Eagles! Hufflepuffs are the most kindest people that work really hard! They are awesome, badass and look at Nymphadora Tonks! She literally gave birth and went to battle deatheaters! Can any other house say that? No! Hufflepuffs are awesome! They're like honeybees! They work hard; play hard and will attack anyone that insults or hurts the things they love, the people they love and everything they care about!
@@lunahix4815 lol the sorting hat said they were rejects 😂
Said Slytherin, "We'll teach just those whose ancestry is purest." Said Ravenclaw, "We'll teach those whose intelligence is surest." Said Gryffindor, "We'll teach those with brave deeds to their name." Said Hufflepuff, "I'll teach the lot, and treat them just the same.
Basically if you don't fit in with the other houses then you go to hufflepuff. Very charitable of Helga to accept the students no one else wanted.
@@talea9593 pffffff… hahaha.
I absolutely love the way Ben thinks and solves the problems. With that hat and that one finger in the air he looks like an old wise man lol
Just sharing my experiences with a fanbase of awesome people, and listening to the experiences they choose to share back.
the way the ipads are juxtapose the art piece in the back when they swap is 'chefs kiss'
I feel like a hat stall, I tend to believe I could fall under all of the houses in some ways(gryffindor less than others).
@18:30
The right play would have been to meet back up, switch pads, and see both reveals together. That way it’s a surprise twice over.
The guy who always wins JVB winds up in Ravenclaw...not weird. Been saying it for years. Welcome to our house!
1. I just did the same and my resorting changed me from Gryffindor to Slitheryn. 2. Loved how J found the Honey!!! 🤣🤣🤣
Just watching Ben's mental gymnastics during this video I'd say he for sure belongs in Ravenclaw. Also, for the fifth time now I got Syltherin which, for me, makes since.
I'm Slytherin for the 8th year in a row, I guess some things will always remain the same.
@@abbyhill3718 my guess is that ture Slytherins will always be Slytherins. 😏 The other houses are just a game of musical chairs.
@@lordbyronkeith9488 LOL musical chairs, that was a good one.
I don't know, he doesn't do that well in trivia despite re-listening to the books a gazillion times. Also, it's 'the game is AFOOT'...
Yeeeesss!!! J YOU ARE ONE OF US. ravenclaws unite.
You should do a video where you re-sort Harry Potter characters that don't fit their houses.
At this point i dont even care what is the subject of a video i just watch to hang out with these guys...you are so much fun
I’ve always been a Slytherin and after watching this video, decided to resort myself. I am apparently now a Hufflepuff?? 😳 was not expecting that at all. Don’t know how I feel about it - may need to buy new stuff…
J is so disappointed 😂😂😂😂
This video was really sweet though, the way that you guys know each other so well.
Ben has always seemed like the most Ravenclaw whose ever clawed 😂
But he does lean on Slytherin traits (ambition, resourcefulness, determination, and cleverness). Like in J vs Ben when J gets stuck on an answer he is always determined to get it right by drawing upon his resource of knowledge and uses it in a clever way to get to the answer. As for ambition I think that speaks for itself with all J and Ben have done with SCB, Carlin Brothers Coffee, The Pop, etc. However there is enough to argue Ravenclaw as well
Edit: honestly thought you meant J because Ben doesn’t seem like a Ravenclaw and while he may admire the traits commonly shown by Ravenclaws I also feel like he admires the traits that all the other houses possess equally (very Hufflepuff to me)
I was definitely a Slytherin girl, and very very proud but it lasted only my teenage years...
If the game is the foot, how can you get a-head?
Feels like there is gonna be a rumble. "Why does Titus have a bat?" - Christopher Titus
Also, trumpet can be quite pleasing if the person playing it knows what they're doing
I really don't see how river vs forest has anything to do with it though. Seems things could go wrong based on answers to abstract questions
Before they have even answered the 1 st question.
Wouldn't it be amazing if 1 of them got sorted in to Hufflepuff?

woah, that question about beasts including goblins as an answer is super on brand for wizard racism.
I think its official: Ben would be a hat stall.
Yes thats the best test where you get all the questions
