this is an absolutely beautiful song, lyrics are crushing. you should check out ballad of a broken man by lost dog street band, he use to hitchhike the country busking with his wife
As someone born and raised in Wyoming, I had to check this out even though country is not a genre I listen to (that said I have enjoyed Geroge Strait and Alan Jackosn and been to their concerts). I loved growing up in Wyoming, but there is a reason it leads the states in suicides. The endless vistas and open spaces are wonderful and I miss them, but they are also hard for many to adapt to. Once you get outside the cities (all two of them), the lack of what most would consider civilization (cell service LOL) weighs on you. It is far too easy to become depressed by the lack of social interaction unless you are wired a certain way, which I was (being alone for weeks on end never bothered me, maybe Elon should send me to Mars). great reaction, and an interesting song. i wonder what it would sound like as a doom metal ballad?
Hey thanks for checking it out, funny you say that I was wondering what a metal cover would sound like as well. I have not been to Wyoming, only part of the West I have been to is Colorado, but would like to check out more of it.
@@metalzonereactions I would highly recommend visiting Wyoming, it is a fantastically beautiful state. Obviously Yellowstone (go in the spring before the tourist rush, Devil's Tower, the Tetons, the Wind River region are all awesome places to camp, hike, and just sit back. The only real way to see it is by car, prepare to spend hours on the road since although it is the smallest in population it is nineth in area.
If you liked this song you should check out more of his stuff like ballad of spider john and when I went down to Georgia or his friend who is also and amazing artist himself the hill country devil some songs: the stolen daughter and rats get fat i enjoy your reaction 💯
Ben kicks total ass. He’s got an album worth of killers. Congratulations for finding him, from a fellow metalhead 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
A refreshing change of music scenery.
Thanks for watching!

Thanks! I have heard of Hill country devil, can't remember what songs I've heard. Not a style of music I listen to a lot but I do enjoy.
