That's what I am hoping. I cannot believe that my preorder for the new Kerby book, which I preordered on February 22nd has still not hit the shops or Amazon here in Australia, it's like living in Siberia, which is why I bought them all from book depository because I had had enough waiting & the mythical creatures is not due out here until September (They said May for kerby) & I got my beloved Hanna Karlzon because it will be another year for that to arrive & I had enough of waiting!!! Now I wait for book depository, LOL
Haha that's a great way to sum it up. It's definitely a new style. I figured it would be all mystical/magical being the city among the stars, but the space-ish style isn't 100% new for her. She has previewed it in a few editions here and there.
It does! I would love to get it now but money supply got cut off. hahaha. Anyway, I am happy to wait on it. Plenty of books to color until then! WITH lots of media!
Oooh, nice! Mine just shipped from Book Depository. I want to be surprised with the pages so I'll be back later to watch the full flip through. Just wanted to pop in and say, "Enjoy your new book!" 😊
Haha thank you my dear! Yes, stay surprised. Hopefully yours comes quick. Mine sat in the mailbox for 2 days because I didn't think it would arrive that fast hahahaha
Hi Kori! I ordered my book from Book Depository, and I received it today. It came surprisingly fast this time. It is beautiful. As I am a Star Wars nerd, I like the space/steampunk vibe of some of the pages. I love several of the double page spreads. For ideas of what to color as a Color Along, I wouldn’t mind seeing you do the bird you mentioned in a metallic theme or the beautiful bug page with the stars, but only if you get the urge. I enjoyed the flip through. Take care💕
Yeah they did come really fast this time! I was pretty impressed at shipping speeds too. There are definitely a lot of metal features to play with in this book. But, I think it will be fun.
Hmmmm🤔 I'm not sure what think about it. I was hoping to love it. But the "Star Wars goes to Narnia" isn't quite my thing 😕 But I might change my mind when I see what magic other people do with these pages. That do happens 😂 Thank you so much for showing 💜
It actually has an interesting vibe. It's like Star Wars meets Hanna Karlzon haha. She gave us a glimpse of her space-ish style in a few books ago, and this one was more space than magical, and for some reason I like it (which normally I wouldn't lol)
@@ColorfullyOptimistic I wouldn't normally be a big fan of the cogs and the steam punkish vibes cause I don't know what to do with them lol but I really like most of the images in this book
Star Wars meets Lord of the Rings is a perfect description. I like the quirkiness of this book. Now that I have more experience coloring skin tones, I'm not intimidated by the amount of people in this book. Do you find there's a difference in paper between that edition and the US version? Thanks for the flip through.
I own SEVERAL Hannah Karlzon books now and I've been dying to color in them, but A) they intimidate me, and B) I've kinda lost my coloring mojo a little bit lately, so I'm just working in some of my pocket-size books (Hannah Lynn and Selina Fenech) for now.
So sad I missed this version. I got the email after it was sold out on Book depository. LOL. They do have the English version though, but I wanted this foreign version LOL
I love Hanna Karlzon, she is one of my very favorites, but this book doesn't really appeal to me. I have watched at least 4-5 flips thinking I would change my mind on it, but so far it just doesn't do it for me. I will probably still get it once it comes out in English just because I literally have all of her other work, and it would feel incomplete to not have them all. LOL Thanks for sharing!
So sometimes, I recommend watching color alongs in them instead of the flips. There are a LOT of books I didn't want when looking at flipthroughs, but after seeing them in action, I was like oh, okay, I can do that one. :)
We don't know. The English version won't release for at least a year or so. It will normally be the same cover, but in English, and the paper is different.
Thank you for the flip through Kori, I hope you are well.
Awe thank you! I hope you are well too.
@@ColorfullyOptimistic You’re welcome! I am plodding along lol. Thank you for asking!
It's been on the way from book depository for at least 10 days and I cannot wait for it to arrive with the new Kerby & Cammila D'Errico. Yay
Oh hopefully it arrives soon! Mine came a lot faster than I thought it would.

great flip through, thank you
Thank you my dear! 💜
Cottage chic Star Wars 😂😂, I can’t say that I love it, like her other books, but some of the images make it worth it!

Aw so glad you got your copy and I’m glad you like it❤️

@@ColorfullyOptimistic lol good thing you checked. I’m waiting for my witches cottage it’s supposed to come July 3 I ordered it 6 months ago lol
just ordered it can't wait to see what you do in it and maybe a color along.
Yes! Gotta figure out a page for sure.
Very nice one. But I'll wait
For sure! The US edition will be out soon and probably cheaper.
Love this book. Just got mine and posted my video too ☺️ So many fun pages to color!!
They are. They definitely have a funky, new vibe to them, but lots of metal work to play around with weeee
Really cute!
Thank you! 😊 It has a very interesting style to it eh?

Star Wars Goes to Narnia! Finally...an analogy that I can use that hits it on the head haha.

I saw a couple of pages of this book awhile ago and I thought I didn't want it, but seeing your flip through I really want it 😂

I actually feel the paper is nicer in the Swedish ones than the US versions, so I prefer getting these ones.
Looks cute. But got 4 of her books & hvnt made a dent on it..maybe 2 or 3 fin pages overall, maybe in the future. Thanks for flip thru 🤗
Oh gosh I know the feeling. I have them all and they don't get colored in nearly as much as they should.
What is the difference between the English version and the foreign verison if I may ask?
Usually the Swedish version has better paper. I don't know if that will be true with this one. But it have been with other Swedish coloring books.
Yes, like May said, the Swedish one does have nicer paper and I like it better because it takes to my oil-based pencils better.
Yeah I hear you. I have been doing mixed media, diamond painting, and then trying to get some coloring in when the mojo is there. Just not forcing it.
So sad I missed this version. I got the email after it was sold out on Book depository. LOL. They do have the English version though, but I wanted this foreign version LOL
It should be back in stock. You can't get the English one for awhile - this is her brand-new one.
