U don't realise the importance of things until u actually go through it.
The last scene where Hrithik shouts "Dhava" and pumps bullets actually takes u back at the academy when he makes faces as to why u need so much aggression and why u need to shout Dhava with such ferocity. He does it with such callousness there at the academy only to realise it later in the battlefield..

Also, if so, why would they have man portable mortar, artillery and machine guns, all of which are necessary for infantry to attack a fortified position. One more thing, German dis just fight in open plains but in mountains too where tanks cant reach.

LMG firing is very real guys I am in Territorial Army and as you can see the bullets going towards it targets are the live ammunition. In night you can find out the enemy location just by looking the fire from the gun and flares like bullet coming form which direction. This is really amazing to see that director keep very rare points in his mind.

I think the dhava scene in the end is the most iconic scene of the movie, don't get me wrong, like most of us, the rock climbing scene is my favorite too especially with the music, but the dhava scene is culmination of a journey for the lead character, it shows a person can change, and change for fulfillment, change for a higher purpose.

Looking back some of the stuff from this film is kinda corny,
They're spacing is off in the beginning, way too close. A single Mortar, Grenade, or LMG burst would cut down several of them.
All the full-auto firing with rifles while flashy is useless unless you're suppressing an area. You won't be able to hit the broad side of a barn mag dumping like that. If they were gonna do full auto they should be doing controlled bursts.
Fragmentation grenades don't cause people to light on fire.
Same with shooting from the hip, unless you're really close (or using a laser designator, but even then it really fucking sucks) it's useless.

My guess is your idiotic mind couldn't comprehend information regarding spacing, or actual manipulation of weapons. Also citation required for your claim that you trained us in mountain warfare. Seeing as we have our own mountain warfare school and would never go to a third rate army such as yours for military training.
