There’s mountains is Georgia… the north Georgia mountains, and I’ve lived there for many years. The highest point is Brass Town bald, and it’s close to 5,000 feet.

My wife and I saw The Blind today at 4:00 at AMC Burleson, Texas. It was a very good movie. The acting and message were spot on. Give your heart and soul to Jesus and New Life is guaranteed. God bless Phil, Miss Kay and the entire Robertson family for sharing their story of faith with us.

THE BLIND IS AWESOME. Only negative comment... YOU BOYS have failed at giving Al crap for his sweater vest in the Christmas Church scene. I would love to know if that was one of a few other intended references I caught, but can't recall at this point.
Saw the blind on the 28th at 12:45 Knoxville Tenn loved it stayed til the last words rolled by ! It was really great loved all the actors Just so strange to see Phil that way been hearing all the stories for years but really seeing the actor of Phil drinking and smoking was strange ! Thank you God for this family such a blessing ✝️🤍🕊and the extended family on the duck call room great podcast UNASHAMED
I have a “ hill” story from St Petersburg, Fl. We had one street downtown that actually dipped down a little ways 😆 We actually called it “ Thrill Hill” !
Watched The Blind at Foothills Cinema in Maryville, Tennessee yesterday and I was blown away! All the acting was fantastic, but the actress who played Miss Kay was off the hook. It was a beautiful mallard and a very believable portrayal of a hunter (and the wonderful lad who played little Willie was exceptional!)
Where I'm living in southwest Colorado, it's just under 7000 ft.... and we're only at the foothills of the mountains, we have a lot of canyons and farmland here.. i smoke when I'm hiking
The Blind was incredible! Thankful I got to see this powerful retelling of the Robertson family story. Praying many are brought to Christ through this! ALSO....I am SO glad I am not the only one thinking that about the Travis Kelce/Taylor Swift hooplah! You guys literally agreed with me nearly word for word (the lose/lose, the song, the girls waiting to hate him, EVERYTHING!)
Recalling Hunter's comments, he's not looking for a country girl. Think he's somewhere between country and high maintenance. They exist but it's difficult to find one of them girls. Hunter made a comment something to the effect that he may not be what these girls expect. His job filming country folks may not match the girl he's looking for.
Great movie. I liked the bar scene when Phill threatened Bill Smith. Bill said God says he would have to forgive Phil but that God would forgive him for his actions too if Phill tried. 😂😂
Tomorrow, 9/29 is the movie premiere in Knoxville and Hazzard Fest is in Cocke County (Newport hometown of Poocorn Sutton) next Friday 10/6. I'll be there. I'm about to get a VIP Si pass
I had tickets since June, but the vehicle broke down on the way to the theater. Waiting on the tow truck now. Booooo. Did I mention I was in Arkansas on my way to see the Duck Commander, stopped by Buc-ees and bought the boys some goodies, even had a special motocross gift for Godwin, but didn’t quite make it there. Bottom line: ole “lucy” is not going to stop us from seeing this movie! Lucy is trying? But we aren’t having it!! Just bought tickets for Saturday morning! 😊😊 God bless all! Keep the faith!
The saga continues…. Bought tickets for Saturday morning…. Looked at them today to verify the time and noticed I purchased tickets… to the wrong theater in the wrong city!!! 😂😂😂 We just took a chance and drove to the theater tonight and saw the movie!!! God is good all the time!! Wonderful movie! We are super glad we didn’t give up. We laughed, we cried, we rejoiced. Thank you, Jesus.

Also Mrs. Kay's actress was phenomenal!! I knew she was an amazing woman but the movie made me love and respect her so much more!! She stuck through some tough stuff... inspiring women of Faith. I’ve been to mount Zion in Arizona there’s very large mountains elk moose bear mountains in Alabama for sure I’ve installed pools at 1900 elevation in Alabama
Heck, we have Mt Sunflower in Kansas and the elevation there is 4,039….but Google a pic and except for the lack of trees it looks about like your Louisiana mountain, lol. Kansas is just one long hill. Its 938 ft here in the east and you just climb all the way to Colorado, that “mountain” is close to the Colorado border. Now our Flint Hills in the middle are pretty hilly and beautiful, no trees but the grasses turn the most beautiful purples and coppers in the fall. 🌻
I LOVED the movie! My favorite part was the baptism of Phil and when Al prayed for his dad to be a good man! I can't speak for any other area or theater, but I found it odd that when we went online it stated that it was almost sold out (could've been a sales tactic on their part), however when we get there, The Blind is playing in the smallest theater there and there were about half the seating still open!?!? What causes me concern is that because this is a Christian based movie, did they not only play it in the smallest theater room they have, but limit the sales of tickets, to make it look bad!?!? Sadly, the way of the world now days, I wouldn't doubt it a bit! This world needs God more now more than ever! A HUGE Thank You to Phil and Kay for sharing such personal aspects of their lives, May God continue to Bless you all!
