Never had a “fanboy” experience, appreciate film and music and sports stars but not more than first responders etc. I am thankful for an entertaining show that I came back to the stars podcast ten years later and learned what church and family were sharing with me from the start. I think the biggest thing I’ve taken away is don’t take your relationship with God for granted, you need to willfully work on it everyday.

I know I am rewinding the clock (pun) a bit but I seem to remember learning-if the time was between the hour and the half hour one would say “ it is 10 after #”. If the time was between the half hour and the hour one would say, “it is 10 of #.”

Lol I’m from Atlanta, along with my mom, but my dad’s from Ohio and we moved to Florida when I was 4 so I’ve probably heard it ALL. Unusual to hear a southern accent in Florida unless you’re in a small town in the interior of Florida. The teachers wouldn’t let me keep my heavy southern accent, which to this day bothers me because I sound really weird 😳 It’s some strange combination of accents that I’ve never heard before 🤣 I live in South Carolina now and didn’t notice my weird accent until the last few years. I really want my southern accent back, but if I tried to make myself sound that way it would be even worse than it is now 😂
